Lloyd — chronic problem in pcb of lloyd window ac model lw19a3n

1. I had purchased one 1.5t window ac from m/s jmj traders, new delhi-110029 on 13.7.2016.

2. Within about 10 months of purchase, on 1.5.2017 the main display & pcb of the ac became faulty. I raised a complaint vide complaint no. Leel[protected] dated 1.5.2017. The pcb/display change was done on 6.5.2017 under warranty.

3. Again on 10.4.2018 the same problem came, which was registered vide complaint no. - id hil[protected]. The service centre first repaired the pcb on 12.4.2018 and charged me rs. 1300/-. However this repaired pcb did not work and the service centre replaced the pcb on 13.4.2018 and again charged me additional rs.500/-.

4. To my surprise, the same problem once again came up within one and half months on 22.5.2018. This complaint is registered vide no. Hil[protected] dt. 22.5.18.

It is not understood why within 2 years of purchase of ac the same problem of pcb is being repeated 3 times. It seems that engineers of service centre are not properly trained to diagnose the problems and they are just doing hit and trial and charging me for every visit. All the time they say that since it is out of warranty, i have not only pay for their visit but also for the parts.

How can the pcb get faulty 3 times within 2 years of purchase of ac. Why should i pay for a chronic problem in the ac which now appears to be a manufacturing defect.

Please send proper qualified and trained engineer who can diagnose the problem and set the ac right once and for all.

I am sure lloyd will come up to the exceptions and its high reputation and do proper and immediate repair of the ac.
