I own lloyd split ac model no.- inv sac 1.5t 3 star- ls18132af serial no.- mdieg03d01109 purchased from reliance retail limited on 08/11/2020. The ac got error el 01 on 05/03/2023. So in contacted lloyd customer care and raised service request no.- [protected] on 07/03/2023. The service center named pratiksha electricals sent technician named juned patel came for service on 08/03/2023 and checked ac. He said that the indoor unit pcb has been damaged and needs to be replaced. So he took the indoor unit pcb for replacement and took service charge of 500 rupees. Next day the above technician demanded amount of 7000 rupees for pcb replacement. I said him that the product is in warranty then also he persisted to give him the amount. Then i contacted the service center and they didi not resolved the problem satisfactorily. Afterwards technician named sayyed saif came with the pcb on 15/03/2023. He installed the indoor unit pcb but the error el 01 still persisted. So he again checked ac and found that the heat sensor of the outdoor unit to be damaged. So he took the heat sensor for replacement but left the indoor ac unit dismantled. After this the service center is not answerig any calls. So i visited the service center pratiksha electricals and asked for the reason for delay. The service center owner said me thathe will not be able to provide the partand asked me to pay for the heat sensor price and then he will solve the problem.
So i requestthe concerned authority to take action against service center pratiksha electicals for demanding money for in warranty product and delay and faulty service. Please solve the above problem as soon as possible.
