Well this year in April-2022 we purchased a LLOYD window AC from a dealer. After 4 months of working its front coil has caught rusted and due to which its CFC gas also leaked from its cylinder. After that I registered a complaint with customer care and two service engineers came and tell us about the rust in front coil. So they told us it need to replace which takes 4-5 working days.
I would like ask LLOYD is this the quality of your product you are charging us ₹28000 per unit well its so bad impression to my family as well as to other customers around the globe. We were expecting this AC to work life of 4years but it got bad within 4 months. Look forward and resolve our problems.

      My AC is not cooling much also there is a leakage of water from front. AC is showing F7 sometimes. Remote is not working properly and even my wire got burnt and melted few days ago. Even after repair it is showing F7 and not cooling much. Servicing is done 2 months ago.

        There is a leakage in my ac sometimes. My wire is burnt few days ago and melted. AC is showing F7 sometimes. And also not cooling much. It takes so much time to cool .

          This is to reference the service ID mentioned above, regarding the Lloyd AC

          Serial Number - 87LAG09J00099

          Stating the complaint, that i had received a call from Karaikal authorised service on 13th of August 2022 at 10:04 am today as requested. On the call, She asked me first to share the KKG code for start the process. I had given that code to her as requested. But later on i come to know that i am not supposed to share after the completion of service satisfaction. The tecnical person who called up and said, will be reaching within 10 minutes. I was waited for half an hour for the same. Then after I called again, asked him as you promised for 10 minutes . But he said will take another 2 to 3 hrs . I had called the service center incharge stating the issue so and so explained that was not being punctual and not maintained the timings as well. It was very disgusting me when the service center incharge replies for what I requested for the.same. He was not the right way to treat me when I was really needed.

          I was very fed-up with these things which happened since in the morning.

          Finally the technician came to my home at 2:25pm and he started to open the panel first, then he removed the air filter from the indoor unit. After that dipped into the water and fixed it as well. Even though he haven't cleaned properly, he was consumed just 3 minutes to done this process. He said the the first service has been completed for just 3 minutes. Actually I told him that there is some noise while running the AC, the exact issue was not sorted out by him which i already requested. May i know this is how the first free service would be done in just 3 minutes..? I was extremely fed-up with technician as well as service center incharge person.

          Worst experience i have never ever seen like this.

          After five days, on the day 18th of August 2022 i had received a call from the person who belongs to Lloyd ac service center Karaikal, the guy simply asked what else you want? I thought he would've asked a simple apologies for what happened that day which was
          felt worst experience and disgusted about the way of process done with us. I told him that am going to raise the complaint on consumer forum for simply refusing my words and also he says ok okay which was very disgusting me.

          I had raised request for the same in Lloyd customer care. But there was no response after five days over.

          So kindly take an appropriate action for inappropriate behaviour where the service center person refused to give proper service as well as proper response as requested.

            Brand new AC making weird noise

            Address: Electronic Paradise Pankaj Electronics, Yusuf Sarai, Green Park

            I bought a LLOYD 1.5 TON Window AC (Model no. GLW18B3YWAZS) on 15 August 2022 from Electronic Paradise Pankaj Electronics, Yusuf Sarai, Aurobindo Marg, Green Park. The AC makes a very loud and weird noise as soon as the compressor gets on. It is impossible to sleep with the AC on. I believe either the dealer has given me a defective model or LLOYD has dumped the model in the market. Kindly intervene. I feel cheated.

            I parched 1 ton split AC in 5 jul 2020...my outdoor unit compreaure very noisey at the starting .form purchse...no body can solve my proper solution for noise...i i want pls chnge my outdoor unit...because compresure warrenty is 10/year...

              I have purchased AC in may 2022 . From First day of installation, there is some problem again and again. First Time water leakage problem, then 'not cooling' problem, then smell problem, now temperature reset problem. Now every time lloyd send their persons, they do something on AC. After some day different problem starts. Now AC is resetting temperature again and again even when we are not switching it off completely. We are only using remote. Concerned person Mr. Prakash is saying it is like this in lloyd AC. They refuse to correct it. In 3 months We have made 6 complaints almost. Company's service is very poor.

                In last 4 months I buyed 5 split ac of lloyd company. Recently buyed 3 ac. Installation person is careless. I already having a vacuum meter installed at my site at copper pipes. He is asking extra charges for flushing. And before coming for installation asking me to tell address. I don't know why company didn't provide my billing address to him . When delivering ac on tempo, they send full address detail to vehicle person. And why seller don't provide full address to installation person. I tols him my address but he is not responding. I asked him to send my location. He is asking me that he had no internet on his phone. I don't know what is this.

                  I m purchased LLoyd AC on Saturday @23/07/2022, but delivered [protected]@24/07/222 but unfortunately I have received deffictive Ac when your executive come at my place for installation he opened the box, it turned out to be defective, As a unique sound is coming is coming from Ac. your executive come to change it, but he denied and he was saying we can't change it as we can repair it as per Lloyd policy.

                  As I had a word with store they were saying we don't have any problem we can change it, if Company says that it's deffictive.

                  As I have given 29, 000/- and I am facing several problems.
                  Technician is saying that we will not change it you have to keep this AC as possible.

                    I bought split AC in March 2021, it got cooling issue this year 2022, after filing complain, in 7days a technical person visit and inform gas issue but no reason why it was leaked. The complaint was closed without any resolution.

                    I have to complain again, and it's been 10days they haven't send anyone, they don't respond, I have to follow up for my issue. It feels bad our Indian brands have so low standards as other brands providing good service.

                        I purchased LLoyd 32" Smart TV on 1.4.21 in installments financed from IDFC First Bank. Shopkepper will only provide cash memo once timely payment of installment is completed.
                        My TV screen became white and I filed a complaint as Llyod TV has 2 year warrenty. LLoyd sent their service person who only in his visit took 350/- and told to take TV to service station. We truely said the service person that after completion of TV installment we forgot to bring its cash memo and shall bring it in some minutes as the shop was not far. The Service person asked us to bring the cash memo to their center alongwith TV.
                        We took the cash memo and TV to center and after 0ne day they demanded 15000/- for repair saying that the cash memo was fake. We even showed them the Bank Statement, But they behaved very very rude with us.
                        They have kept the TV with them for one whole day. I fear that they might have changed some parts from my TV till now.
                        I want repair of my TV on Warrenty.

                          Hi Team,

                          We purchased the lloyd ac on March and havent used AC till then. We started using it in June and within 4-5 days, the ac was giving hot air. There was a leakage in the condensor. That was still fine because electronics item might get faulty.

                          We tried contacting the customer care multiple times but still no one has information on when the part will be delivered. Everyone raises the request on priority but nothing happens. It is now 15 days that the part has not been delivered. God knows when the servicing will take place and if the fault doesn't go away with that then again how much time it will take.
                          Being a middle class family, we have purchased AC for the hot and humid months, and we are not able to use it in those months. If the servicing can be improved then only deliver ACs in the market. Being Havells brand, we considered the worth of the product but it has really led us down from both the product point of view and servicing.

                          Please have a look at the issue on priority and provide us new AC so that no new problem occur in that and we don’t have to wait for a such a long time to get serviced.

                              I have purchased a LED TV 49 INCH FHD - L49FM2, Serial Number - L201573N17J01062
                              vide Texmo Agencies, Kayamkulam vide Invoice No TAR-2070 dated[protected].
                              On[protected], after two years of purchase the TV, found not working and lodged a complaint vide Reference No[protected]. On several follow up with the Service Executives the technician have repaired the TV after 20 days.
                              Now again on[protected], TV found not working and we have lodged a complaint with the dealer Texmo Agencies, Kayamkulam. One Service Mechanic have attended and informed us that your TV board is having found faulty and required to replace it and also informed us that he has already forwarded the indent for the faulty components and the Company representative will contact you. However, even after 24 days nobody informed us any updates or repaired the TV.
                              We are not at all satisfied with the poor customer services . We are humbly requesting your kind honor to do the needful to get the TV repaired without any further delay.

                                LLOYD Company providing 10 feet coper pipe free. But person who came to install my AC did not left extra pipe. At my home only 3 feet pipe is used but remaing pipe he take with him without informing me. So take nessecsorry action.

                                  I purchased the washing machine in 2018 and now it is making sound while working and clothes are also not getting spin..drain pipe has got leakage..please solve this as soon as possible as it is creating trouble for us because clothes are not getting dried
