I had bought Lloyd LED 50 UJR in year 2017 on 30th Sep which has warranty of 5 Years which will end in 2022 Sep. So I had called your customer service number that I am facing problem in my LED, that I am not able to connect my WIFI in TV. Next day technician came & he told that some part is not working so he will have to replace with new one for that he took service charge of Rs 1, 200 [receipt attached below] & told me that it was resolve within a week. he had visited on 16 Nov 2021 & today is 07-Dec-2021. when I call the technician he doesn't pick up my call & now he has blocked my all numbers. For which I had contacted your Customer service number again on 30-Nov-2021 & 07-Dec-2021. but they keep on saying that part is been ordered it will be resolve but not giving me any fix dates, When I told them the technician has took Rs 1, 200. So just told me to complain but she is not checking at her end that why they have hired such persons. Hoping this could be solved at the earliest. & will recommend everyone to not buy this company's product.
