ये Havells, Lloyd नई पैकिंग में पुरानी और मरम्मत की हुई सामान बेच रहे है जो मुश्किल से 4-5 महीने ही चलता है। ये कस्टमर सर्विस भी नहीं देते है ग्राहक के साथ धोखा और ठगी करते है। इनके पास कोई भी तकनीशियन नहीं जो समस्या को ठीक कर सके। इनके तकनीशियन धमकी भी देते है। इनसे सामान खरीद कर मै ही नहीं पुरे देश में ग्राहक परेशान है कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं होती है। ये वारंटी में भी हर महीने 700 रुपये के साथ GST भी लेते है और ग्राहक से जितना लूटना है लूटते है। कोई इनवॉइस और बिल भी नहीं देते।

    It's very worst delivery performance, I m really disappointed with Vasanth and co . Please arrange the products immediately.

      Sir,
      I purhased 1.5tonn LLOYD Air Conditioner on 1st-March-2021 but got defective/damaged product, from the date of purchase even after attending the LLOYD service persons the product is not working properly. After installation within ONE MONTH total gas leaked from AC.
      Till now they tried to repair and attended for 5 times and for each service they are charging rupees 500 to 1000 per service even though which is in warranty period.
      It is requested to take the product return and refund the paid amount.

        Error : WIFI Module not inserted in Lloyd TV

        I had bought Lloyd LED 50 UJR in year 2017 on 30th Sep which has warranty of 5 Years which will end in 2022 Sep. So I had called your customer service number that I am facing problem in my LED, that I am not able to connect my WIFI in TV. Next day technician came & he told that some part is not working so he will have to replace with new one for that he took service charge of Rs 1, 200 [receipt attached below] & told me that it was resolve...

        I made a complaint to lloyd in the last week dated 25 november for my washing machine breakdown. A week has passed but still i am unable to receive the service . technician visited listed the parts which are damaged but the parts are not available in the company. the machine is still in comprehensive warranty i am fed up of the product called the customer care also no one tells anything. I even asked for replacement they are just saying we will call you back but no one calls back. I seriously want a refund now donot even want a replacement now as the service is pathetic . Even mailed them the query still no one has replied.

          I am customer of your esteemed Havells brand.the lloyd LED tv (L65U1Y0IV) which was bought on 21/01/2021. Now facing network issue like "network module not inserted".raised compliant" [protected]" on this Tuesday but picked weekend slot since we are not available during weekdays. And clearly explained the issues which we are facing and sent video through what'sapp before service providers attended the call.
          Now the service person attended the call seems like he don't have any knowledge regarding this, simply visited and replied like we will get back to you on Monday with software.
          FLM (first level maintanence ) was really horrible. But during weekdays we are not available that's why we picked weekend slot. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

              The ac has not been working for about 2 months now. We have complained to the store. Firstly they said the compressor needs to be replaced and then took about 1 month to get a new compressor. That too after we called them and asked them multiple times about it. Insipe of replacing the compressor the ac is still not working. And the store doesn't seem to give a damn about repairing it either . We've called them many times. They just are not interested in repairing it .

                  Lloyd service is too poor. Lloyd does not give service within warranty period. They gives old faulty TV to consumers against replacement of new faulty TV whose value is Rs- 46, 000.00 in new. My one TV is faulty since 08 months and lloyd is not giving service. In Lloyd there is no any responsible person who will listen your problem seriously. Pl donot purchase Lloyd TV.

                        Hi,

                        We bought 15 places freestanding dishwasher in aug 2021. We followed all the instructions to use the dishwasher. After one and half months, a white layer is coming on the utensils. Four expert technicians visited and could not able to resolve the issue.

                        They said that they will replace the product. We asked what if we get same issue again. They are not giving guarantee on that. So we are requesting refund instead of replacement.

                        They are not agree to refund. I don't want this product at all as it is not properly working.

                          Purchased Llyod washing machine from Sonovision vizag in March 21 and the product stopped working in September. lodged a cokmplaint and we get a ticket number but no one responds and the ticket gets closed automatically after a few days. we get told to create another ticket and the story repeats.@MyLloydIndia can someone from Lloyd customer care bother to provide a status update on reference number [protected]?

                            Getting worst service from worst product

                            I purchased a fully automatic top load washing machine on 18/3/2021. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Within 2 months it got not working so I made a service request 3 times and your service engineer only came once and said we will replace the part which will take 1 week. But it's now been more than two months since neither the service man came nor he is picking up the phone as well.

                            Even i took follow up with dealer...

                            I have purchased a LLOYD LED MODEL-32HS301B from digital world hathras on dated 11.01.2021, in September it have a fault and screen was disappeared, so we have taken it to registered havells service center at firozbad DSE name: Ramniwas Yadav, he took it for service and gave a job sheet (no:[protected]) on 09.09.2021, After continue chasing him his response is found unsatisfactory.
                            i have lodged a complaint on your customer service on 12.10.2021 with service request number:[protected] and again today i.e. 20.10.2021.
                            My warranty time is lapsing day by day but I didn't get my LED back.
                            waiting for your response and satisfactory answer from your side.

                                  I have bought a Lloyd LED tv(L39FN2) From Vijaya home appliances adoor on 26/08/2017.The warranty period of the product is five years.Now the TV is not functioning properly.I have made a complaint to the Lloyd service center.Their technician examined the TV and said to me that the display panel of the TV has the problem. Now the company has asked me to pay ₹20000 to replace it with a new tv.I can't afford such a huge amount.The product...

                                  It is to inform you that i bought lloyad automatic washing machine on 12-jun- 2018. But 3 month before it stopped working so i contact tollfree number [protected] ...compalining again and again they dont respond ...today they send service person from alwar rajasthan ...they put a new part in washing machine and takes 3700 ruppes ...and they gone but when we are using machine its not working they put a faulty part in it ...it is requesting you to solve this problem as soon as possible ...
