This is regarding installation of lyyod ac as mentioned in attached bill. Today mr mohsin khan visited at my address for the installation. My residence is at stilt 1 st floor in apartment. I would like to install. L ac indoor unit in bedroom & outdoor unit outside the bedroom where there is windows. Mr moin khan told me that he need to cut the grill of windows for fitting of outdoor unit. He also discussed with reliance digital customer care person mr mangesh on telephone. But mr mangesh also told me that they need to cut the grill and they are not installing ac without cutting the window grill. You can fit outdoor unit by another way (Using zola). I am not allowing and not going to allow to cut the iron window grill. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest.
