Lloyd — Poor support | |||
I purchased split ac in April 16. After one year it's getting prob. I registered complaint. Third party technician has come and told it's PCB prob. And to be repair. But he don't know what is repair charges. I said we need new one he told new is costly but don't know price. My prob still but he asked for charge 550 whenever company charge s at site 350. My prob has not solved yet . Third party technician are very young boy not professional or expert. So Lloyd service is very poor. Pls don't buy Lloyd product. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have bought an led tv on 31st march 2017 . Suddenly it stopped working.. it is under warentee but customer care of lloyd is not responding to my calls..so plz assist as soon as possible.
