Lloyd — Regarding television panel issue

I purchased a Lloyd led television model L43U2AOKA in 2019 . I had a warranty period {3years}till 2022 . I gone through a problem with my television that, it's pannel was not working, so I registered a complaint and called technician to solve it . He came and after checking everything, said that it can't be repaired, it should be replaced . So we have an warranty period, he said that he will replace it with the new one .
But he was asking us to pay 11, 000/- to replace with the new television . I didn't agreed with his proposal because I can't afford such huge amount. so he taken my television and made nearly 3 month's without giving our television, after 3 months he repaired it by changing each and every part (motherboard, t-con board, pannel ) of my television without intimating me (only the outer plastic body was mine). The changed parts was not new, But he has taken parts from older televisions and assembled it in my television. only the top outer plastice body was my old television .
I called technician on phone and asked what you have repaired So., he said that he just changed the T-con board, but not the mother board . So I called the higher authority of Lloyd service by taking the number from technician and asked the same question, first he said he changed only T-con board, after having an argument he accepted that he changed everything in my television . And the replaced motherboard was not compatible which will resembles with my older tv. My tv rom was 16 gb but they given the 12 gb rom. Also one of my HDMI port was not working (previously which was in good condition)Actually they need to replace my tv which still have 1 year warranty . So, they cheated me with the fraudster attitude . And saying that no more replacement. So, please help me please. Ph no :- [protected]
