Lloyd — Television not working

Dear Team,

To whom soever it may concern, we have purchased Lyold Smart TV on 1/1/2019, at the time of purchase they have given warranty card of 3yrs ...unfortunately we have lost the bills and the warranty card.
While we are facing some issues in the smart TV...as the repair was under the warranty period we have gone to the vasanth & co were we purchased the product to get the duplicate copy as guided by Lyold customer care agent but still there is no appropriate response from the dealer.
