DHFL Home Loan — processing fee not recd

I have apply home loan in dhfl in the month of dec 12, they charge processing fee of rs 2248. But lone reject for the resion of My company is no more than 2 year in Ahmedabad.I am send a request for refund a processing fee in the month of Feb 13,but till date i have not recd my processing fee.
