[Resolved]  Fullerton India Credit Company — payment reminder SMS of a fraudulent loan account initiated by Fullerton

I would like to bring this to your notice that, I have been receiving the payment reminder message from Fullerton inspite of foreclosure of my loan Account# [protected]. This issue has been going on since Sep’12 and the Loan account# [protected] for which the payment reminders have been sent belongs to State – MP.

On Saturday 6th of April’13, I had received a call from - [protected] your collection representative, asking for the EMI amount pertaining to the two wheeler Loan acoount#[protected] . This is the 2nd instance of a collection call as I had received the same few months back also and I highlighted the matter then too.

Fullertone has spoiled my CIBIL records by following the above stated malpractice. Please refer to the scanned copy of My CIBIL Report. I will be filling the same in consumer court also, as my personal loan from the other banks - to be used as initial payment for GDA Flat has been rejected due to this fraudulent loan account initiated on my name by Fullertone.
