[Resolved]  Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd (FICCL) - Hyderabad — Personal Loan - Settled & Cleared in 2010 but not reflected at CIBIL (CIR) records

I took a Personal Loan on 17/Jan/2008 at Fullerton India (FICCL) - Mettuguda branch with Fullerton LAN: [protected] for a sanctioned amount of 45,000 & again with top up loan after 6months for 70,000 with Fullerton LAN: [protected].

Due to some personal problems the Loan Amount was settled at Fullterton - Tirumalgiri branch on 31/05/2010 for an amount of 45000/- INR (fourty five thousand rupees only). That day i was told by FICCL branch persons that No Due Certificate shall be sent by their Corporate office to my residence address., but since then i didn't get my No Due Certificate from Fullerton. As the time went on I've forgotten this case.

Very recently when i saw my Credit Information Report (CIR) from CIBIL online., i was surprised that status of my cleared loan with FICCL was not mentioned for both the LAN details provided & still it seems to be floating.

Hence I would request you to take up the case on priority & do the needful to clear this issue so that i can get easy transactions for any of my future loans. Please find my contact details here in below for your reference.
