[Resolved] ICICI Collection Agency — complaint against ICICI collection agency

Respected Sir/Mem,

I would like inform you that one of the collection agency guy harassing me and my family regarding 6-7 yr old loan. I am currently out of India and my family is there in India.
The agency guy continuously calling them from (+[protected] and [protected]) number and talking with family members in bad language.

They have my number also but still they are calling to family member to Harassing them.

They called me 2 month ago and I told they I did settle that loan and they are asking no I haven't. I have CIBIL report and that report its clearly showing loan closed.
They wants from me to show the letter but its 6 yr old how can I care of that letter after the settlement.
Now they are calling me after 6 yr for loan and irritating me.
I would like to request you please please help me in this case.

Loan took from ICICI bank in 2006.
Settled in 2008-9 something.

ICICI — Collection agents

i took a loan from ICICI in 2006 of Rs.92000 at the age of 20, i paid back for 1.5yrs and then lost my job, so was unable to continue to pay. Collection agents started calling and abusing and treathing me so i changed my no. now after 3yrs ICICI has contaced me and they say that i can settle the loan. They say that the principal is 54000, however i can settle the loan by paying 39000 in three installments. but as i'm the only one working and i stay on rent, i am not able to pay it in three installments, i asked them if i can pay in 6-7 installments they say no, in that case i'll have to pay somewhere about 94000, which is the principal and fine as well. i want to pay back the loan but i can't pay it in three installments and in the other way 94000 is too much. Please help me what should i do. if a have to pay the settlement amount i can pay 5000 a month for 8months. please help me.

these are tactics icici bank uses for disturbing the peace and balance of good people and giving them such surprise calls from agencies who are camoflouged political or internally supported super agents, now once you contact them this treatment will stop for 2-3 months and once it dies down again same treatment will be done. This trend has happened with many people and i am sharing the truth.
