Re: Debit card issue resolution

This is to bring to your notice about a call made to ICICI Bank 24 Hours Customer Service (+91-[protected]). Issue was regarding activating a 3D Secure pin. I have made several calls regarding this and still the issue hasn't been resolved. More over, the executive named Mahesh was extremely rude & offensive. His response to arrange a call back was precisely "This is not the time to call you back" & suggested to complaint on him if the issue is not resolved.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Dear sir/madam,

I have applied ICICI coral credit card in month of February with all required documents. The card has been returned without delivering to me. And now I am recieving the smses for credit card bill payment.

I am surprised to the response from ICICI, as I have visited my home branch and booked this issue in month of April 1st week and still the issue is not resolved.

Even, Customer care on phone keeps me waiting for 20 to 25 minutes. (fed up by experiencing such response thrice before visiting to branch).

Conclusion- I have not received my credit card and instead am receiving the smses for the bill payment.

Hope this time my issue gets resolved.

This is to convey that there is an unautherised transaction happened from my account today Amount deducted was Rs 17710.83.



When checked with ICICI branch they are stating that this is some online transaction someone has made using my card details.



To confirm, I have not shared my card details with anyone and this transaction has been made without my autherization as I am the only one knowing abount my 3D pin secure password.



I have already filed the complaint to cyber crime cell - PW[protected].(addressed to SSP Police)

and also to ICICI.- SR[protected].

Kindly help me resolve this.

I have an ICICI Salary account in Bangalore , when i wanted to withdraw Rs.22000/- from my account @ ICICI ATM at murgeshpalia road Bangalore ATM no 2 on 2-May-2013 @ 09.41 Am, but i only got Rs.21100/- , which is always unattended ATM no security guard , So at the same time i called ICICI bank call center they said it will be transferred in 5 working day and provided me REF SR[protected], now i got sms that they cannot do the same as transaction was complete, when called back bank said they cannot help me....

Please help on this as bank is not ready to give my Rs 900/- , when its not my fault , Its fault of Atm machine which was filled with wrong denomiation...

Why should i suffer a loss due some once negligence or wrong intentions

My emi credit card num is [protected].I was issued the credit card in 2008 and I had made a single swipe of 2700 at big bazaar in nov 2009, for which the payment of 3000 rs(2 cheques of 1000 from state bank of Mysore market yard branch on 1st of Jan 2009 and 30th of Jan 2009 and 1 cheque of 1000 rs from subramanya co op bank malleshwaram on 3rd march 2009) was cleared by cheqe.Now my outstanding balance is showing as 8387.When I called up the customer care for the statements right from beginning was given the complaint num as Sr[protected] on 2nd may 2013.On the 6th of may I called up the customer care to check out the status of my complaint was told that they don’t have the statements from the beginning and they are clueless as to how the outstanding is being shown. I was given another complaint num as sr[protected].They have sent the statement from Sep 2011 in which the payment due is 8387 and in all the preceding statements the payment due amount is same till Apr 2013.Now I am requesting for the statements from the beginning for which I was told that they are not able to retrieve it and when I asked how they have arrived at this due amount of 8700.They say, they have no idea and the status is updated in cibil by which my credit rating has come down.
I kindly request you to send me statement from beginning till Nov 2011 and also give me confirmation for the amount swiped and payment made on this card and I request you to send cibil clearance update mail.

Hi,

I was holding an account in ICICI Bank since 2005 Aug, at present I was deputed to work in Singapore. while I was logging in to account it is asking for OTP password which is being sent to my mobile number which is in Hyderabad. When I contacted the customer support for changing the mobile number they are saying to visit the nearest branch to provide the filled in form along with ID proof. How is it possible?? or else I need to send the docs over courier (which will cost me 1500 to 2000 Rs). will they refund me the amount??? How can I change the password. What should I need to do now? they will keep some stupid slogans but dont want to help out the customers. this is ridiculous. At least there should be an option to send the details to email. but even that is not present. I need a solution for this as soon as possible. Otherwise let me know I will close the accounts and will open with some other banks where there is some support. These guys will call privilege banking but what type of help are they providing us????

I have applied for icici bank CORAL credit card after one of the sales guy from icici credit card division called me and said that icici bank is providing coral credit card without any annual fee. After checking the details and benefit of card I have filled the form of CORAL credit card. Yesterday to my surprise I received all together different credit card named "ICICI Bank HPCL credit card". I have never applied for that card, never filled any form for that card. I am very much surprised that how can they make any card without my consent.

I wanted to escalate this matter in all possible manner. I am requesting other members of this forum to assist me in this matter, as I have never signed the form for this application and none of the bank employee ever had word about hpcl credit card.

If any ICICI official is checking this thread do call me at [protected] so that i can provide more details.

Recently I have checked my account statement and found some FamilyQABchgs is deducting from my account since Mar-2011 and the deduction amount is more than Rs 15000/- till now

I am having this account with ICICI since the year 2007. After doing follow up with the bank several times came to know this is due to not maintaing 50000/- in my account.

I got surprise. i have to to maintain 10000/ that i have told by bank person and that i was maintaining.


Looking forward your immediate action on this basis so that i will get my money back.

My Self Govind Gour My Credit Card No. [protected] and my service request no is SR[protected] which is not solved by icici customer care executive till today and it was requested on the date of 4/04/2013.
According to the commitment given by their executive which says that If I apply for the coral card my credit limit will be increase to Rs 1 lakh and also he says that I will get a cash back offer on fuel charges.
Now I am using this coral card but as per the commitment given by their executive I haven't get any benefit yet. So I am requesting their 2-3 time that please collect their card back and also collect their useless gift vouchers and refund me my Joining fee amount of Rs.1000 + Rs 123.90 (Service tax) which was taken at the time of issuing coral card. they are not ready to solve this matter.


Kindly look into this matter & waiting for your prompt response.

ICICI Bank Credit Card No 5176XXXXXXXXX003

Above mentioned credit was card has expired long time back and was not been used since then. But suddenly I started receiving statement from Dec 2012 where no transaction amount was mentioned but late payment charges & interests are added . From Dec 2012 I am regularly receiving statements from the bank adding on that amount. I immediately contacted Customer Care and they provided me statements from 2005 to 2007 (as per SR[protected] and found that no amount was pending from my side. I understood there has been serious error on bank side and no amount is pending from my side. I repeatedly emailed and contacted customer care and even completed two steps in your bank complaint website but received no reply. Urgent action is requested .

I have make an ATM transaction of INR2000 from ICICI bank ATM ID-S1VDB979 on dated 22/04/2013 6:53PM,but got received INR 800(100X8)from ATM machine.I have informed to nearest ICICI bank Rourkela main Branch,Their personal suggest me to wait 24 hr's the money will be credit on the same account[protected],but the disputed amount (INR1200)still not credited on my account till date .I have also submit written compliant at ICICI Rourkela branch on 24/04/2013.On 25th i got received one message(SR[protected],dear customer ,we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been paid completly) from ICICI.Actually I got only INR 800.My fault is only that I used ICICI ATM.Please help in this regard.I am still waiting for my money.Please find attached written complaints which i have submitted at ICICI branch.

I got a call for ICICI Coral credit card, they offered me a life-time free credit card so I applied for it.
Before getting the card I got a sms about the credit card bill which was 1123.6 i.e. joining fees.
I was told that there wont be any charges either annual or joining. The salesgirl which called me has also deactivated her mobile number.
I tried to call CC through phone & online complaint form, but didn't get any response.
I suggest never go for ICICI cards.

I had made a Debit transaction of Rs.1461.08 from my account on 04.04.2013 to Clicksure. The transaction was cancelled within a week and as per clicksure the payment was not received by them since that the transaction was cancelled within a week and the money is still with the bank which they said should be received by me within 7 working days.The money was not credited to my account so after 7 working days Im following with them continuously but they are not responding to my online complaints plus Phone banking customer care executives are giving vague excuses.Kindly help.

This is related to fraudulent usage of my credit card 5176 XXXX XXXX 5011. Two transactions
were done on sites sportsdirect.com and entropay
1.EUR 248.41 at ENTROPAY (April 28, 2013; 12:19:27 hrs.)
2.GBP 214.79 at WWW.SPORTSDIRECT.COM (April 28, 2013; 12:47:16 hrs.).

The bank representative refused to take my complaint saying that I had authorized these
transactions using 3D secure pin.
I did mention that it is impossible as that information is not available to anyone.

As the banking representative has refused to take my complaint, I have submitted an online
complaint - SR[protected]

I see there are many similar complaints related to the above sites and I see a total lack of concern
from the bank side to validate as these sites have already generated so many complaints.

I am proceeding to raise a complaint with the cybercell and bank ombudsman as ICICI refused
to register my complaint.

Hello,

I currently hold 6 units of the above mentioned tax savings bond which is valued at Rs 30,000/- . Till last month when I checked my Demat account, I could see the units and the corresponding value of Rs 30,000/- under 'Market Value INR' column.

However since yesterday (28th April 2013), I am only able to see the number o[censored]nits against this bond but what I see under the 'Market Value INR' column is NaN.

I have reached out to the customer care number, but they are unable to provide any resolution for the same as to why I am unable to see the value. They have requested my to get in touch with 3i Infotech on this issue but apparently I am unable to get through as the number given keeps ringing.

I am deeply concerned on this matter due to the nature of the value which is a large amount. I would like to understand whether my fund in these bonds are safe and that I will be able to redeem them in due course of time.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution for the same.

PCDA Allahabad had sent two PPOs to ICICI Bank Ltd Central pension processing cell at Chandivilli Mumbai-12. It was informed to me by bank only. Two letter through ICICI Bank Tarn Taran (Punjab) -143401 has been sent Chadivilli Br ad advised by them to transfer my PPOs to SBI Bank Tarn taran(Punjab) acct No [protected] where I had since long got my pension acct transferred from ICICI Bank old ICICI Bnk Acct No was[protected] with nariman br of ICICI Bank . No action has been taken since last three months. Request advise bankers to take action.
