I have been charged an annual fee of ICICI Bank Credit Card for 2nd year which was undisclosed to me as it was committed that its a free of cost charge we are providing to you as a valued customer.
Also, I have contacted CCE on[protected] regarding the reversal of annual charges, He left me with a fraud commitment that if you shop out for Rs. 5,000/- this month the levied charges will be reversed in the next generating bill. Which was not provided as per their commitment besides my shopping for more than Rs. 5,000/- during the last month.
So, I again contacted today the customer care desk and explained the issue to the concerned CCE (That no annual fee reversal has been provided to me) but left with no response instead of multiple excuses. Having no positive approach to the concern, the CCE then transferred the call to higher authority, who has amazed me with the most shocking words "THAT WE DID NOT LODGE/ FILE YOUR COMPLAINT, AS WE LODGE COMPLAINTS FOR OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS ONLY". Worth noting that I am using ICICI Bank Credit card for the last 5-6 years even though I am not being a valued customer.
How shameful is this for the most reputed ICICI Bank and their authorities that they greet and treat their customers like this besides levying the undisclosed and hidden charges in many ways.

ICICI Bank — Very poor customer service!
this is with reference to a personal loan of Rs.45000 that i took from icici bank with loan a/c no. -LIDEL[protected] in 2006....and i have paid all the installments except 2 and the reason for not paying those 2 installment is that i have not received the loan sanction letter so far and any details regarding the charges. so i want the sanction letter with all the charged on loan with proof.
