Final settlement letter

Dear Sir,
This is Kumaraguru was having ICICI bank credit card in the year 2005. Card no : [protected].

There was a credit outstanding of only 4000/- premium amount in this card when i stopped using this card. Even when i paid my monthly minimum dues, i was fined in the next month bill during that time. I have not paid and the case transferred to CIBIL. Now a person from ICICI bank called me and asked for settlement...

I had applied for ICICI credit card two months back. After that I did not receive the card or its pin number, but yesterday, a bill was sent to my mail id ranjan.[protected]@tcs.com with a bill amount for annual fee . I dont even know the credit card number. Can you please help.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — BILL NOT RECEIVED

Credit Card — Still not received the credit card

Dear sir,

I apllied for a creditcard, i submitted all the proofs . i got confirmation calls from ur bank. i received a SMS from HSBC on[protected],

HSBC Alert: Thanks for applyinf for HSBC creditcard. Your ref num is[protected].visit www.hsbsc.co.in or call contact center and press 411 to track the status.

I called 23358787 two three times but i cant get any details about my creditcard status and also i checked in ur site for the ststus but i cant find any information about that.

Please rectify that.

    On 22nd feb 2013 i did some shoping from merchant name- designer hood, shalimar bagh .
    the billed amount was 820/- rs. but he cutted the amount 8200/-.
    so he gave a void sale slip to me and told that the amount will be returned & CREDITED to my account with in a day
    for safe side i called icicibank phone banking. they told me that i have to fill one customer dispute form and mail it to them
    i did all the steps guided to me but i haven't got any response.

        Below transiction is not made by me and this is not authorised and bank is deducting from my account.
        i have received below sms and mail form bank ,after receipt of mail i informed to bank regarding un authorised transction and complaint logged i.e. deputing transction against complaint no.SR[protected].

        Hi All,

        I am Atyant Jain currently in Germany. I would like to register a complaint/dispute against misuse of my ICICI credit card.

        There were three fraudulent transactions made from my ICICI credit card on dated 28.12.2012. The details are as mentioned below:

        1. Transaction of GBP 236.97 is made at www.SPORTSDIRECT on 28-dec-2012 (02:27:58)
        2. Transaction o[censored]SD 104.95 is made at ENTROPAY on 28-dec-2012 (2:06:25)
        3. Transaction o[censored]SD 199.40 is made at ENTROPAY on 28-dec-2012 (2:04:08 pm)

        As soon as i came to know on my email, I informed the icici and blocked the card and also asked them to revert the transaction but they are saying that since it is a 3d secure authentication, they cannot revert it.

        I had already informed that i have not shared this information and the bank is liable to pay this amount as this is not my fault alone.

        Please let me know the status update

            ICICI bank is cheating me
            ICICI bank is cheating me My name(Nadeem Ahmed) is wrong (Nadeem K Ahmed) on my credit card false complaint done in 2011 Now my payment was Rs.40000 but in 1 year it reached Rs.65000 I was ready to pay So settlement was Rs57000 on 11 Aug 2012. I paid 15600 my first installment with in 2 hrs I got mail at 10:30 and it was Saturday So i paid with in 2 hrs and after 1 week i got threaten call from icici bank I had complaint to dinesh ( settlement manager) he said go to hell . After that incident I had stopped the payment and every day i was getting calls from ICICI after 2 months i paid Rs.3200 by HSBC net banking A person Bharti told me if i will pay this amount I will get settlement latter of[protected] + 3200) total Rs 38200 But it was cheating I never get that settlement latter .
            Now they want again Rs. 60000
            Pls help me

            ICICI Bank — credit card -false case

            dear sir,

            i would like to inform you that myself is an engineer graduate student, from Hyderabad.

            I have never in my life applied for credit card of any bank, and also never received any credit card from any bank so far.
            Two months back, i received about 4 phonecalls on my phone no. [protected] from icici bank, stating that i have credit card with some outstanding and asked me to pay.
            every time i argued that i do not have any credit card, nor applied any, and told them check their information.

            Now, two days back on wednesday 29-july-2009, I received a call from Mr. Rajeev Mishra(phone no.[protected]), who claimed to be a sub inspector of police. He said that he has a non-bailable arrest warrant against me with a case no 02826/209 in the court of new delhi, and said he would arrest me seize my passport etc. He also told me to contact lawyer Mr. Ranjan (phone no. [protected]) in new delhi to get details about the case, and to see if it can be sorted out.

            When I contacted Mr.Ranjan he informed me that there is a case on me for a credit card default/fraud of icici bank, then I argued with on phone that I have applied for any credit card or have any, and also i never received any bank statements of credit card on my name, and not even any letter for payments, or any notice. Then Mr. Ranjan (the lawyer in N.delhi) told me that he shall contact the icici bank and clarify about the case.

            Then, I contacted Mr. Rajeev Mishra (the police officer) to tell him that the lawyer would clarify with bank, so he told its O.K. and hung up the phone.

            now since two days i am contacting Mr. Ranjan, but he always avoids to talk about the case, and gives excuses to avoid, and also does not receive phone many a times. The police officers' phone is also switched off.

            I request your authority to kindly help me through this problem.

            ICICI Bank — Credit Card false Billing

            Hi,

            I was using a ICICI Credit having card number [protected] , 3 months ago(on June,09), I have closed the account by clearing all my outstanding dues (confirmed by the ICICI phone banking). However on 11th Sept,09 I recived a SMS on my Mobile from ICICI Bank, that I had a payment due of 937.37 & on 16th,Sept,09 they deducted the same from my ICICI Savings Bank account.

            ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Cheated by ICICI Bank Credit Cards department

            I made a purchase on my credit card in April 2010 for 700 rupees and forgot to pay the bill for the first time in 8 years because I had to leave the country on short notice. I was charged a late payment fee of Rs. 400. When I called ICICI and asked them if the late payment fee could be reversed because of my history, they said they will decrease it by Rs. 200. The customer service agent gave me a new amount due of Rs. 900 (Rs 700 purchases + Rs 200 late payment fees) and I promptly made the payment in June 2010. Last week I got an email from ICICI Bank Credit Cards saying I had a due of Rs. 2400 on my account and that my information had been reported to CIBIL. I have not used my credit card for the last 5 mounths because I am not in India. When I checked my account details I found that I was being charged late payment fee of 400 for the last 5 months and that had added up to 2400 ruppes over the months. When I called up the customer service today, they told me that my only option was to make the payment of Rs. 2400 or else it could impact all my future loan/credit transactions. I am extremely upset with the way ICICI Bank is cheating it's customers. They have left me with no choice but to make the payment. I will never deal with ICICI bank again.

            ICICI Credit Card — Even after settlement receiving mails

            I really don't understand the companies behavior because of various reasons customers get defaulted whch is common and for which they are providing settlement when we went through the process completely and done every thing from our end things are not working yet.

            I m customer of ICICI Credit card used and final stage i couldn't able to repay bcoz of crisis . Lately last month i got a call and they came for settlement and i paid the amount in 2 days as they said. But still i m receiving mails to my id which is totally unfair.

              ICICI Bank — Purchasing on lost debit card

              Dear sir,

              I Pramod Kumar holding an A/C at ICICI Bank Rajnagar branch, Ghaziabad (UP). I lost my ATM card along with other document due to pickpocketing at EDM shoping mall, Ghaziabad on 27 Feb 10 at around 2000 hrs. I informed regarding my loss to ICICI bank on 27 Feb 10 complain No. for ATM card blocking is[protected].
              I got information from custmer care at the time of blocking ATM card that somebody has done shoping from my card so they advice me to register a complain regarding card shoping and lodging FIR in the police station for the loss. On 28 Feb 10 i register a complain for card shoping , complain No.[protected].
              Documentary action was done on 31 march10 by ICICI bank personnel who procure purchase slip from shop. I submitted a copy of FIR and photo proof certificate and filled up an application form given by him. They send complete document to debit recon team Mumbai.
              I use to communicate for information but they informed me that the further action will be taken by debit recon team Mumbai.I send a personal application to debit recon team Mumbai on 15th Sep 10 to remind this matter. Until now I won't get any information regarding this case.
              I request you to please take up my case. If any information required in future I will provide the same.

              ATM — purchasing by atm card

              my atm of syndicate bank was lost in GOLDEN TEMPLE,on 10-11-10 at 8.30 pm .25000 rs purchasing done by that thief without my pin no and with my duplicate signature. i want to complain of that shops from where he had done purchasing.the shop machine numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot...                 This is to bring to your notice that I have been holding the above mentioned C/C from 2012. I have made quite some hefty transaction and simultaneously paid all the dues within the stipulated due date with an excess payment of Rs.540/-.
                Suddenly few days back I got a compiled statement from ICICI Bank whereby they have charged me an interest of Rs.6600/- against a fictitious credit card account no. starting with 4477 and ending with 6000.
                On talking to the customer service personnel, Mr. Srinivasan on 22nd Feb, he informed that it is against a card issued to me in 2001, whereas to my surprise I did not possess any ICICI bank Credit card during that time and it is the 1st time last year that I got this credit card.
                Mr. Srinivas even advised that I should not be making any payment for the same and we will be informed vide mail in 2 days. When I did not receive any mail, I contacted the ICICI bank credit card department yesterday, only to be informed by a lady at the customer service, that I have to pay this amount, though the card never belonged to me.

                Madam, please note that I am holding an ICICI Bank S/B account no.[protected] at Kormangala Branch Chennai for last couple of years with a decent amount of transactions. My records were always clean. I an even having quite a few FDS with your bank at CIT Nagar, Chennai & Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum branch (A/c no.[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Still I do not understand why ICICI bank is harassing me in this way for no reason of mine.

                If I am possessing such a fictitious card, request you to please arrange to send your personnel at my place with the application form and courier receipt of the credit card duly signed by myself and I will promptly make the payment with an apology.

                Request you to kindly look into the matter and redress the harassment I have to undergo within 7 days.
                Failure to do so, will prompt me not only to pull out only my investments and savings, but also of all my other relatives, who is having their account and credit cards with your bank being insured by me and will be forced to take this matter into the attention of RBI.

                ICICI Bank Credit Cards — fictitious billings

                i have/had three credit cards of ICICI bank. the story srarted with billing for the month of december 2007 wherein i was wrongly chrged in US $s for some internet uses. in good faith i claered the bill with dollar amounts. thereafter same amounts in exactly same sites continue to appear in my bills. i never used net for any forex amounts. my card is with me all the time. in any case if any one is using my card number with code, it can not be same ip address with exactly same amounts to the cents. i got a new card but still the problem continues. bank service is horried. i am cutting 3 ICICI cards and returning them as they are charging 30 % interest on disputed wrong billing plus 100 rupees per card service charges. i am extremely disgusted wityh the bank as even regd complaint letter to their chief complaints manager harshil mehta at hyderabad has drawn flak.

                ICICI Credit Card — Harresement despite of making full payment

                I have paid full principle amount, cancelled the credit card & sent four piecess of credit card to ICICI bank before almost 02 years.

                Despite of which, so as to settle the matter & get rid of mental harresement, I have paid Rs. 2000.00 as discussed with Madame AARTI, so as to settle the issue.

                But, TOday i.e on 14/09/09 @ about 19 : 00 hrs, somebody stating his name to be Mr.Ajit Rathodhaving address " J.B.Nagar, R.G.Tower,2nd. floor", has called me on my mobile No. [protected] & abused like any thing i/c. abusing my wife on my Home's Landline number 28053756.& threatened her to pay Rs. 54000.00 by unparlamentary way.

                It is therefore demanded to compensate me by paying Rs. 1.00 crore
                ICICI bank are experts in "INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED if ______ (100 reasons)". But from their side there is no committment at all for any queries - the worst being ICICI Lombard.

                  I have applied for loan on 18-FEB-2013 on deals for loans site , an agent named "SWATHISHREE" called me offering me loan ( [protected]@gmail.com - [protected] ) , since the loan was for emergency purpose , i told that it is required within 1-2 days. I had applied for 5 Lakhs.
                  On 18-FEB ( Monday ) , a person reporting to swathi ( name - don't know : [protected] ) comes and collects all the docs required and tells me that loan amount will be credited in 2days.
                  On Tuesday - they tell me that we would require one more HR letter as address proof , I submitted that as well by EOD.
                  He tells me that I will get loan by EOD. on TUESDAY - I did not get loan.
                  On WEDNESDAY - strike , so no response from any one.
                  On Thursday - No response , ICICI ppl tel me that application is under processing. - NO updates after that
                  On friday - till evening - NO UPDATES - in the evening "ONE so called MANAGER - calls me n ask me hell lot of questions which is not required for Personal loans
                  ( Questions : do i stay in rent / own house , where is my permanent address , is it own /rent , what is my father doing ? , etc etc blah blah blah )
                  FRIDAY nite ( person who collected my docs - tells me that I am eligible for 2.8 lakh loan , pls go to ICICI ofc at MG road and submit Cheque's )
                  On saturday ( 23- FEB-2013 - 5 days after I applied LOAN ) - I went to bank at MG ROAD , submitted cheque , person there took my signs at different places , and he tells me that I will get LOAN by Monday.

                  MONDAY - 25-FEB - ( NO updates yet from ANY ONE on my loan , they have called my DAD and have asked him to submit ID PROOF - who the hell on earth will ask ID proof of DAD for personal loan )

                  "I am only in contact with person who collected documents "
                  IT IS MONDAY evening , the purpose for which I had asked LOAN was no more my priority.
                  No one is ready to pick up phone

                  Swathi / manager / any person from ICICI.
                  Swathi never responds.

                  It has been 8 days of "HELL OF a life " for me.
                  No updates yet.
                  I have been mentally disturbed.
                  ICICI people have screwed my life for offering LOANS.

                            Recently I have applied for a credit card through ICICI bank and they have taken all the documents from me and verified and I got a call saying that my application got approved & within 10 working days I will receive the credit card. When checked for the application status they say its declined.I really got disappointed and I really want to know how it will get rejected after the verification process completely done.The response from the company is really pathetic and the reason for declining my card they also don't know.I personally say to all salaried corporates.Think 100 times before you give the details to ICICI bank for any credit card purpose.The entire team don't have a co -ordination for the process.They have not even provided any kind of reference number also for the application.

                              Hi,

                              Is anybody from the consumer forum will take an action against the ICICI team as they are giving me only fake promises on my personal email ID for the last 15-16 days since I lodge the complaint.

                              They are just sending an update and always extend the time and date to deliver me the card which according to them is approved. But they always ask for an excuse of system failure and up-gradation. I have submitted my documents on 20th Jan-2013 and its 13th March, almost two months are going to complete but I didn't get the card I requested.

                              I am attaching the conversation made after lodging the complaint.

                              Hi,

                              Can anyone will take an action against ICICI team as they are providing me only fake promises on my email ID to deliver the card but they always extend the date and delivery time since I lodge an complaint at this forum.

                              I have applied the card on 20th Jan-213 but still I didn't receive the card although the card has been approved as per them and they are always take an excuse of system upgrading.

                              As per their last promise they were going to provide me the despatch details on 12th march, and now they have extended it to 21st March.

                              Its being two months going to complete since I requested the card from ICICI bank but yet not received. I have shared my financial information with them but I think that they might misuse them as they are not interested in servicing but asking for excuses only.

                              For reference, I am attaching the conversation with them on my email.

                                My ICICI Bank Credit Card No:[protected] this Credit card was blocked by the bank i dont know for what .In this credit card 9-9-2009 i made a payment Rs.500/ excess against my credit card .I asked to refund the same because i am un able to use the credit card,so i ask the customer care to refund the excess amount,but they refuse and they asked the bank statement.They very well known the excess amount was made by me,an dit must to refund to me by the way of D.D.or to my S/B Account,at present i am closed my S/B Account also,kindly arrange to settle the issue and refund the excess amount without any delay by D.D.ro my Residence address.

                                  My ATM cum Debit Card No. [protected] issued on S/B Account No.[protected] by ICICI Branch, ARS, Durgapura, Jaipur was stollen on 27.1.2013. I received frist message on my mobile No. [protected] on 27.1.2013 at 7.43PM for fraudulent transaction made of Rs. 882.00 from Promart ret. Alwar. The actual transanction total Rs. 26238/- was made on 27.1.2013 between 2.19PM to 4.13 PM. It is a service fault beyond ICICI bank who give me a loss of total Rs. 26238/- without using PIN number or customer safety point. I have lodged FIR No. 55/2013 at Kotawali City, Bharatpur(Raj) on 29.1.2013 and blocked above card on 28.1.2013. I have also registered a complaint customer care ICICI vide Service Reference No. SR[protected] but no action yet taken by ICICI bank. As per guidelines of RBI, Sh. G. Gopalakrishna, Executive Executive Director, Reserve Bank of India said, " Online creadit card frauds have come down significantly following implementation of two factor using PIN number and biometric characters. This facility will be extended to ATM cum Debit Cards.Sh. Gopalakrishna speaks in Indian Banks Association's Banking Technology Summitt (as per upload information Contify money dated 4 March, 2011). In this today itself Sh. Deepak, Nodal Officer, ICICI Jaipur (Mobile No. [protected])to me about this matter, there no responsbility of ICICI bank as above matter. Please take immediate action without PIN number/without safe transanction or caring customer and violation of RBI guidelines.

                                  Fraud banking — account robbed by icici bank

                                  Mr. Kishore, I would like to know that when did you increased QAB to Rs 15000. Why did you not intimate me. I did not recieve any mail or any post regarding Rs. 15000 minimum balance to be maintained .

                                  Did you have any proff that shows all this had been conveyed to me.

                                  I have calculated that my QAB for Dec Quarter is Rs 12000, Only Rs 3000 is sort from your limit.

                                  If you charged 10% ROI annually on Rs 3000, It comes only Rs75

                                  If You charged 110% ROI annually than only you will reach figure of Rs 843.

                                  Pls dont do this type of banking.

                                  This is our hard earn money, Pls dont try to robbed our account.

                                  Pls be assure, I will put my all efforts and resources to exposed this type of fraud

                                    last two time two mobile no. [protected], [protected] Rohini-Delhi, unnecessary call to me they said u r taking amount through credit card, and u use this cards in 2006 to 2009. so u must be deposit 60,000/-rs, while i had not taken any kind of loan or credit cards facility during that period, but they every time use un acceptable language ,threading, so many more.
                                    so my i request u to that please take seriously action against that person, its chriminal offance u/s 506 and 499/500 crpc/ipc its under defamation of my self.

                                    ICICI Bank Credit Card — Threatening Calls

                                    I would like to bring this to your kind information that i have a credit card of ICICI bank (Card num-[protected]). For the past few months i am getting calls from the collection agents saying that i have done some shopping through this card around 3 years back. I would like to say that i have never ever used this card. When i asked them about the details of the shopping, they say that they dont have such details and asked me to go to their office to collect the details. They only call me for the payment of the due amount which i will not pay until and unless i get the bill/statement for the above mentioned card.

                                    Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as they have blacklisted my name in their list. Now no company/bank is willing to issue me new credit card just becase of the mistake done by ICICI Bank.

                                    Would like to request ICICI bank to give me a valid reason for not providing me the details of the transaction done through this card.

                                    wrong and threatening call without any problem — Threatening call from Bank

                                    Mr. S.K Tiwari working in Machino Plastic have cradit card of HSBC bank and he has made purchasing with that card and did not deposit amount to Bank and given my number to bank and bank people are making followup with me and one person from bank giving me thread on his behalf actually i do not know Mr. Tiwari. I want to clearify here what is the rolw of bank here without proper verification they are issuing card and if person is not making payment HSBC bank is giving mental harresment to that person whom number given by defaulter. I am very disappointed with HSBC reaction and they have shouted me just like any thing with out my problem. Can any one from HSBC bank can explain me mmy fault here. I do not know Mr. Tiwari, I have no HSBC card inspite of that they are regulary distrubing me.

                                    ICICI Credit Card — threatening Calls

                                    Hi,

                                    Yesterday evening (09.02.10) I got a call from unknown person asking me to clear my due of 1.8 lacs for the card that I don't even hold. He has all my contact details and he is using abusive language and threatening me. I really don't hold this card and if needed I can prove that I haven't used it. How can ICICI bank give credit card on my details to someone else without proper authentication and now ask me to pay for the due which I didn't use. I didn't receive any mail or call all these days stating I have a due to clear.

                                    Please suggest what can be done in this regard.
