[Resolved]  ICICI Personal Loan Division Pune — Harrassment & illogical decline of loan application

Dear Sir

I applied for a personal loan of one 1 lac in the ICICI bank in Pune online for a very urgent requirement. After many followups and complaint registration their representative came to collect my documents. But after submission they kept on calling me for additional document. As a permanent add proof I submitted the Index 2 of my flat in Pune which I will take possession in Dec'12. the same was verified and approved by their representative initially.But after one week on continuous follow ups I was told that my application was rejected because of wrong add proof.
In this process I lost ten very precious days and left with no time to approach another bank.

This is a very careless and unprofessional attitude of ICICI Pune sales team that has put me in a big trouble.
