Dear Sir,
This is regarding the online service advertised in
Locanto website and online payment demanded. After payment to his
PayTM number, no service (healthcare) as advertised was provided.

I am complaining of fraud against the
Vodafone mobile number [protected] and
PayTM number [protected] amounting to Rs. 12000 on 10th November 2017. After payment through his
PayTM number [protected], the receiver switched off the above said mobile number.
He has another
Vodafone number [protected] as per his online advertisement in
Locanto website.
I've also complained to
PayTM.
With the above
Vodafone mobile number and
PayTM number, requesting you to investigate this to know more about this fraduster to prevent him further cheating people.

You don't need to realise any information to me.
But you need to block those two premium ad owners from further advertising.
Dont allow these ads, just because you get money for advertising.
Have some social responsibility.

police authorities and can provide them with additional information such as IP addresses etc. Please have the
