I ordered a Lenovo Vibe K4 Note from lootshop.in on dt 22/03/2016 and make payment from my debit card but yet not received any delivery confirmation after several mail reminder and also the customer care no is switch off or if ringing not picked up.

Pls update the delivery status.

This is regarding the complaint on fraud company lootshop.in. I booked a phone Lenovo Vibe K4 Note (Black, 16GB) for Rs7, 098 as seen in the advertise on facebook on march 22nd 2016. till date i didn't receive my booked item and also drop a mail to customer care of lootshop.in but...

Respected sir,

i order lenovo k4 series mobile on 23.03.2016, & made payment through credit card, but still it shows under processed, when i will get my mobile lenovo k4,

i am making call in customer care but no one is answering the phone & other mobiles no. Are also closed

The issue is with the shopping site as I had booked the lenevo k4 Mobile from LootShop.in website and i have paid sum of amount 7098 Rs., but they are fraud. I have been contacting them through mail and number also but they are not responding to mail.This issue is with many people so request you please take strict action again them and avoid this to happen with other people so that they wont get cheated.

I purchased 3 Lenovo k4 note with 21000rupees...there was a on my email...but there is no any which I purchased by this site ...why..when login ..there is no any proof at all that I purchased.....
