Lot Mobiles — emi option initiated without customer consent

I visited lot mobiles patny store on 15th june to purchase mobile.. One of the sales guy said us that he would check the eligibility of emi on my account for which we need to use the card and pay 1 rs.. After the 1 rs deduction from my account he says emi. Option is initiated and we have to purchase the mobile. Whereas as we didn't make any promise on purchasing the mobile.. More over we were made fools stating why did you enter your pin no. Are you not educated.
Now i am struggling with my bank to get rid of the emi, where bank is not responding properly.. Now who is liable for any amount deduction..
