Lot Mobiles — Refund amount

Dear team,

I don't know from where to start and close the issue, i have been fighting last 15 days of time to get the money redund you people are thinking customers are dumb. If i get a chance to go consumer court, definitely i will go and complaint against to lot.
Please look into the issue and clear the same.
