Same day, night i have restarted the mobile, but it is not getting started for one click it is taking 4 times to click, then i found that there is a problem in the handset and i contacted the stores on saturday, they said to visit on monday as the stores will be closed on sunday, so today i. E., monday we visited the stores they are saying that we are not responsible for that, contact customer care, even we contacted customer care they said to get it exchanged from the store where we have purchased it...

The store people are saying we are not responsible, how can they say that, it as not lasted more than 24 hours... They are saying we will not exchange it
