This is regarding the bad situation I had to go through over phone call to your store 1 at nellore beside Narthaki theatre.
I purchased a mobile at your stores on 31st July and I was not given a bill stating that will get a link on whatsapp which did not happen.
After regular follow up with the stores today I got the bill after heated conversation.
One of the staff at the stores was so adamant that he didnt want to reveal his name or give the call to the sales person who ever sold the mobile to me after an heated arguement he sent the bill and handed over the call to one of the managers at the store with whom I lost my cool and said the earlier person was answering with a thick headed attitude and the manager started warning me stating that he will take legal actions for using foul language. The word i used is balisi in telugu and if that is a foul language and he wants to take a legal action am I wrong to ask for the bill. Please revert on the same if not let the person take legal action as needed and I do have the recorded conversation of the past 3 days where I was asking for the bills which is my right.
