Lot Mobiles — Too much delay in fulfilling cashback offer....reg

Purchased a 1+ nord mobile on 29.10.2020, cost Rs.30000/-with my SBI debit card...at Lot store, Santoshnagar...as Mr Akram promised 5% cashback offer on any SBI card.But he swapped total Rs.30000/- through his machine ...when i gave my card to him.I objected for not deducting Rs.1500/- as cash back offer.But he said ...it will be paid back within 90 days...now It is nearly 180 days upto 29.04.2021...but not get it...store people not solving the issue properly...
