    I have purchased online and was rewarded points. I had the points in my card for a week and again they have taken back the points for no reason. If I ask the customer care they are not responding properly. It is been more than 20 days, I have raised the complaint with customer care but no proper response

    I have purchased online and was rewarded pointsof 17061. I had the points in my card for a week and again they have taken back the points for no reason. If I ask the customer care they are not responding properly. It is been more than 20 days, I have raised the complaint with customer care but no proper response.My packback account number is [protected]. I have also raised the 3 complaints regarding the same with complaint request numbers 10400728, 10385189, 10347049 but no proper responses. I would like to resolve the issue as soon as possible

      My payback card no is [protected].
      In october i made a purchase on amazon for 24999 on diwali offer providing me some extra points.from that date i can see 17061 points in my payback account in pending state.i contacted payback and they mailed me that these points will be in blocked state and will be credited on 19th December after that you can redeem them.but on 18th december out of no reason they blocked my card without any information and i was unable to loggin on their page.after numerous tries contacting their customer care they told me that they have no reason for blocking my account and suddenly my pending points vanished.now they say they dont provide points through purchasing amazon.they made me fool for 3 months.i always kept checking my pending points they were there till they blocked my card.
      Their customer care is good for nothing they provide you fraudulent information and phone lines are ever busy.
      Really disgusting and also half of the time points are not credited on purchases.
      Payback promises are deceiving.

        While referring Order Tracking column, unauthorized transaction are found as per below - Order No. Dated Item Points Redeemed [protected].03.2013 Slimming Belt 2800 I never had done such a transaction. Customer care dept.of "" Loyalty solutions " replied me that data is not feasible. No one can believe that such short period data is not available with them. They are not able to show proof of delivery from courier also. This is very disgusting. email correspondence will be sent to you on demand for verification. imint card no. [protected]

          Hi i have tried to use my payback points on ebay .During checkout i clicked on payback points reedem option .My points consumed but site crashed and my order not place.I have asked payback customer care .They issued me a complaint number twice but till now my point yet not refunded.
          My complaint number is 9962747.This is second time complaint number generated by them. First time it was 9900125.
          I have talked to them so many times but no resolution provided

            I placed a redemption order in my Payback account [protected] on[protected]. The said order was dispatched through DTDC and reached Hebbal, Bangalore on[protected]. It is yet to be delivered to me. When I contacted the DTDC offices, they said it is not traceable. When I emailed PAYBACK Customer care, they replied requesting me to wait till[protected]. On[protected], they sent mail stating order was delivered on[protected]. I have never received it. I have sent two emails since then and there is no response from them. I wonder how the parcel misplaced by DTDC for over two weeks can be suddenly delivered. It is clear case of CHEATING. I want my reward points credited to my account.

              I've redeemed the payback points at carzonrent last year but carzonrent didn't provide the service and they promised to refund the amount and payback points.

              I've been following up with carzonrent for refunding of the points but due to their slow process, they replied me now that the refund is processed. But payback team is not accepting as it reached over 60 days.

              despite vendor agreed but payback is not crediting the points.

                For every transaction i need to call payback or send mail to raise complain everytime. For some complain payback asking proof after 60 days. One of the worst ever problem i am facing with PAYBACK. Your executive customer care Mr. Rajesh has disconnected the call without giving my questions answer. I recorded all call, there is many disputes in his conversation. Earlier he told that the problem i faced your executive raised complain and he was giving complain no. and later he had taken U turn and given statement your executive had taken just as feedback. payback card No -[protected] I want penalty for all tiem i called you i.e. approx 10 Hours during my office hours and my hourly rate is Rs, 6400/-, all the calls chargable @ 0.5 Rs. and mental harrasement. all recording i will produce in court including all mail communication. If within 24 Hours i will not get any positive reply i will move to court.

                  I had asked to redeem 20000 points. They did so and send me 5 empty emails. I replied them, talked to customer care and raised the matter. But still they dont listen. I would also blame ICICI bank for this. Why do they use payback.in kind of cheater sites to do business. They also have responsibility. I got 20000 by doing transaction on ICICI. I am not able to login first of all and if by chance I am able to login then I am not able to see and accounts. The page where i need to enter the pin doesnt show.                       Hello, It seems there is a fraud going on with reward points on ICICI Bank Credit cards. I applied for a CORAL Credit card and I later realized that all the purchase points will be transferred to a Payback card. I never received any payback card. 3 days back I received an SMS that I redeemed 9118 points using the Payback card at Big Bazaar. I never visited big bazaar in last 6 months. when I call ICICI bank, they say that we can't do anything, we have given this to Payback. When I call Payback, they say that they cannot do anything since it is more than 24hrs of the transaction. Here is how I think this fraud works and I believe ICICI Bank and Payback have joined hands to do this. 1. while processing a credit card, they create a Payback card account, which they never send to the customer 2. customer merrily makes purchases and hopes that he is earning points which he'll redeem some day 3. the payback card is sent to somenoe else who waits till there is a sizeable amount 4. he/she (fraudster) uses the card and redeems the points 5. if the customer finds out and calls, Payback says its too late Please help in resolving this issue.                             Payback card offers payback points for shopping at pantaloons.
                            4 points for every rs.100 transaction at pantaloons.
                            On 12th july 2012 , I DID 2 transactions at pantaloons,g.S.Road guwahati . 1st was worth rs.2000 and 2nd was worth rs.475.
                            But I got only 19 points (for rs.475 transaction).
                            I must get 80 more points for rs.2000 transaction.
                            I wrote them many times but they always tell its processing..but I haven't got points till now.

                              ICICI bank backed "www.PAYBACK.in" is not crediting the points. My payback no. is [protected]. I have written several mails to their customer care, but still not credit. I have done several online transactions using their no. But they are not even showing that in the pending point account. I am aghast.

                              I am also having www.cazback.in account (similar portal) I think they are better as they are showing the pending points immediately after the transactions. Will check for more cash back portals.

                              Always have a problem with ICICI Bank, very sorry to say that. I feels its way to cheat consumers. If you don't fight for your things.. these guys will STEAL.. good way to make cheap money.. thats they way these CHEAP Companies are doing business. This dont happen anywhere in the world.

                                icici bank has its tie up and the bank awards loyalty points via www.payback.in to its customers when purchases are done either by credit or debit card.
                                i am holding an icici bank account and an icici bank credit card.

                                now the problem which i am facing is that the points pertaining to my debit card purchases are not getting credited to my payback account (payback card no [protected]) automatically by the end of the month. i have to get after the call centre of payback and repeatedly lodge a complaint for the same.

                                on the other hand icici bank says that they are not responsible if the points are not getting credited.

                                as a customer it is causing a great inconvinience to me and at the same time its a cheating and fraud case againt icici bank and the website payback.in

                                Yes, totally agreeing with all you guys. PAYBACK bonus points is a false game, I guess. All bonus points which we apparently get after we activate coups is NOT TRUE and it's kindof cheating. I wrote email to payback. They said we did not even have any record in our backend about your transaction.

                                  This is a real miss management on the part of ICICI Bank and Loyalty solutions&research Limited.
                                  First of all ICICI bank tranfers your point to i-mint without informing you and when you call i-mint for some 4-5 times then they take up your request for a i-mint card !

                                  I called i-mint on 1 dec 2008 and requested for the same
                                  "The person on the other side said... sir your will recieve your card in 15 days from now"

                                  I called i-mint again on 7 Dec 2008 just to check the status
                                  "The person on the other side said..Sir we dont have any request for your card, i will put a request now and you will recieve the card in 15 days"

                                  I called i-mint again on 19 dec 2008 just the check the status
                                  "The person on the other side said..Sir we dont have any request for your card, i will put a request now and you will definately recieve the card in 15 days"
                                  This time noted down the request number in anger- 607465

                                  I called i-mint again on 24 dec 2008
                                  "The person on other side..Sir your card is ready and will be dispatched this weekend.."

                                  I called i-mint agian on 2 Jan 2009
                                  "The person on the other side.. Sir your card is in processing mode and is at some verification level, very soon you will recieve the card"

                                  No today 12 jan 2009, i am in no mood to call, i HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CARD.

                                  I am really frustated that why i took ICICI Credit card !

                                  ICICI bank has been transferring my reward points for the last 3 months but I have not recieved any card till now and website is also not working.

And from last month i am also in touch with i-mint card member care through mail. on 9th june i have got their confirmation mauil also that they have recieved my mail and will process further, but till now there is no response from there side. i am very irritated and fed up from them as i want to use my rewards points for some necessary things, but they are not responding

                                    I am an ICICI BANK credit card holder since a very long time. Recently when i called up the IBANK call centre I came to know that all my reward points have been transferred to IMINT POINTS without my consent on the same.

                                    After this I have been trying to contact the IMINT Call centre since April 20, 2008 and finally on April 23, 2008 I requested for a duplicate IMINT card to be sent to me ASAP. Till today I have not recieved any card/confirmation from their end. I also have a reference number (246759) and the executives always say that there is some technical fault at their end hence they have not been able to process my request till now. I have no more patience to deal with IBANK & IMINT people. Please suggest a resolution to my concerns.

                                    Imint & "Loyalty solutions & research" seems a scam. Beware.
                                    I also faced similar problems. I am equally frustrated, however I keep pushing ICIC guys through calls & messages through internet banking, finally I managed to get my iMint card. However when I tried to redeem my points I had a very bad experience. iMint customer care misguided me & it is costing me more than 9000 loyalty points. Overall imint is not a professional organization & it is really irresponsible on the part of ICICI to dump their customers like this.

                                    Please follow the below mail trail. I am now restless and hopeless with the totally unprofessional behavior of Imint Staff and there inability to solve my issue. It more than 45 days that I have not received the merchandise which I ordered ( transaction id 50797).

                                    1. Ordered POLO CABIN STROLLER 20 INCHES
                                    2. Followed up with CC (by call and by phone), Later I was given up AWB number.
                                    3. No AWB number I could find out on bluedart courier, Customer care asked me to wait for 12 days for resolution.
                                    4. Followed up again after 15 days - Response was that I will get a call back from Supervisor.
                                    5. Followed up again on (23/24 Dec) 2 times talked to Mohammad and other staff and I was promised that Supervisor will call me but no response.
                                    6. Called up again 30-Dec, talked to Salma I was again promised that Supervisor will me before 7pm. Again no response till date.

                                    CAN SOMEONE TAKE THIS ISSUE AND PROVIDE THE RESOLUTION. IT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE IS COMMITTED AT IMINT AND YOU GUYS ARE PURELY CHEATING CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE INFORMATION. UNDER THE GOVT. ACT THIS IS UNLAWFUL AND I AS CUSTOMER MUST HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MY DOORSTEP AT THE EARLIEST.
