Reward points

Hi i have tried to use my payback points on ebay .During checkout i clicked on payback points reedem option .My points consumed but site crashed and my order not place.I have asked payback customer care .They issued me a complaint number twice but till now my point yet not refunded.
My complaint number is 9962747.This is second time complaint number generated by them. First time it was 9900125.

Points not credited despite vendor (carzonrent) processed the refund

I've redeemed the payback points at carzonrent last year but carzonrent didn't provide the service and they promised to refund the amount and payback points.

I've been following up with carzonrent for refunding of the points but due to their slow process, they replied me now that the refund is processed. But payback team is not accepting as it reached over 60 days.

not able to see the "Accounts"

Hello, My Payback Account no. is [protected].This no. is given to me by ICICI bank. I am not able to login first of all and if by chance I am able to login then I am not able to see and accounts. Not responding on complaints

I registered my issue/complain via phone..and they assigned a issue no[protected] on 20th Nov and said it will take 14 working days..but it is 15 days has been passed. When I replied in mail they again assigned me new request no.

Payback points not credited for rs.2000 transaction at pantaloons

Payback card offers payback points for shopping at pantaloons.
4 points for every rs.100 transaction at pantaloons.
On 12th july 2012 , I DID 2 transactions at pantaloons,g.S.Road guwahati . 1st was worth rs.2000 and 2nd was worth rs.475.
But I got only 19 points (for rs.475 transaction).

icici bank has its tie up and the bank awards loyalty points via www.payback.in to its customers when purchases are done either by credit or debit card.

I-mint card not received

This is a real miss management on the part of ICICI Bank and Loyalty solutions&research Limited.
First of all ICICI bank tranfers your point to i-mint without informing you and when you call i-mint for some 4-5 times then they take up your request for a i-mint card !

I called i-mint on 1 dec 2008 and requested for the same
"The person on the other side said... sir your will recieve your card in 15 days...
