L&t Finance — 2 wheeler Loan department

Took 2wheeler loan and paid that in full long back. L&T Finance has issued NoC hardcopy for me long back. But due to some problem not able to submit that to RTO for Hypothecation termination. Now I want to submit the same. But L&T Finance asking to pay for NoC. So paid the mentioned amount at their web site on 11-July-2024. But the file downloaded not able to open. Hence, I raised this issue to their Customer Care then to GPO then to PNO. But till date they yet to resolve my issue stating that the matter under another department. But yet to get any resolution. Seek your help to get my NoC from L&T Finance company.
