[Resolved] L&t Finance — cheque bounce issue | |||
Loan ac no t[protected] Mobile[protected] I took loan in l&t finance Loan no t[protected] : for my bike I have to pay the loan amount on june 3rd till now i have payed 5 emis anytime this was not happend but now in this month on 3rd amount is not taken but now they are saying that my check has bounced and have pay the fine of 1000rs, That is not my fault money is their in my account but they didn't taken emi on 3rd of this june, now they are saying that u have to pay to bank on 2nd when i took the finance or from this 5 emis anyone didn't say that we have to pay on 2nd and no intimation actually this is clearly not my fault by your mistake i got my check bounce i want clarity and clear information about all this Ok but what about the fine matter now i have to pay the fine to hdfc 1000rs and to gayatri bank 255rs why i will pay the fine before the emis started or after that they didnt inform to me to pay the amount on 2nd in every month i received the message also that to pay the amount on 3rd so on 6th emi transfered the amount into my account if you have informed me that this is the matter that if you not have enough amount on 2nd your chequ will be bounce and have to pay the fine this is my 1st check bounce this is ur mistake and finance fault so now this fine will be excused or complusary i have the fine what you are saying just give me replay For the clarity if i go to sbi bank they are saying to ask l&t finance customercare when i called to l&t customercare they are that we dont no go to bank and ask anyone is not responding correctly this is your mistake for your mistake why i will pay the money so now give me the correct response if not i will give complaint and rase the case with consumer forum. 413 is applied for which the payment is done 3 days prior. When asked they are saying that due to insufficient fund on ECS date, bounce charges is applied. How can 1 expect that ECS will be submitted for the paid EMI. PLEASE HELP.
