L&t Finance — Complaint against finance company

Respected Sir,

With due respect I would like to inform you that, my loan installment are to be paid on the 3rd of every month as specified by the L&T Fin Ltd. But I paid the loan installment on[protected] earlier April. I was fined Rs. 500.00 for paying the loan installment before the due date. Paid Rs. 500.00 of the penalty on[protected]. Again a fine of Rs. 500.00 was imposed on the delay in payment of fine. Again I paid Rs. 500.00 fine on[protected].

I have paid the loan installment on[protected] on due date last month. But again, they have imposed a fine of Rs. 500.00. They deducted Rs. 295.00 from my account on[protected] without my permission.

These phone numbers have caused me a lot of mental turmoil. Phone Number [protected], [protected], [protected]. I request you to look at the whole thing thoroughly.

So I request you to do justice in this regard.
