[Resolved]  L&t Finance — complaint regarding bike issue

Dear team,

On date 03/11/2019 loan number 4226810
Mh02fc5676 unfortunately due to bike loan emi pending issue the bank take a
Legal resource to (Bike) recover the outstanding dues on bike loan.
Recovery agent pick my bike with perfect condition and with original parts
I also have photocopy for same. I paid all the pending emi with the panelty
And further charges. But when i check my bike in godown my bike condition
Is very damaged and parts has been replaced (Front tyre, makwheel,
Diskbreak, mudgaurd, leggaurd, side seat panel, rusty broken and duplicate
)

Kindly find attached photographs for clarification.

So request you to take action on that and help to recover my bike by
Original parts.

*when i got my bike with original parts then and then only i paid my
Remaining emi amount.*

*kindly look forward in this matter and help on my issue and provide my
Bike with original parts or recover it's charges from my emi amount *
