I had applied for consumer loan loyalty on 23rd April 2022 but due to some IFSC errors my loan amount was delayed and I had to place for a request for the correction of IFSC code but after everything was done the customer executive told me to wait for 5-7 working days. I kept on waiting and then they were still unable to disbursed my amount despite all the bank details I had provided. I then made a complaint again which they later repeated by saying to wait for 5 more days and then as of 19th May 2022, I still haven't received the amount yet even after waiting for the disbursement process. I have lost my patience and will finally have to cancel it if the problem isn't resolved by 20th May 2022 as promised by the customer executive via email. Consumer Loan ID: C[protected]
