I have availed a personal loan from your organisation and the first EMI date was on 3/12/22. But on the due date my EMI was not debited. So I contacted your costumer service centre and a person named Rupak informed me through email and whatsapp that it was an error of the operation department . In my account details instead of my Axis Bank account the operation team has given someone else's Indian Bank account number. But now when I download loan statement from the planet application it is shown that the EMI is bounced on 3/12/22.My point is that being your mistake how could you update on my account details that the EMI is bounced and Rs. 1 overdue in my loan account. This will affect my CIBIL score and When I apply for a loan in some other bank they will consider my history as having a non-starter case and DPD in this account .
When I complained Mr. Rupak had informed through watzapp that there will not be any overdue and bounce in my statement as this happened out of the mistake of your operation staff. Even after sending complaints regarding the the usage "bounce" and "overdue" in my statement, there is no response from the part of your customer service centre. A customer should not suffer out of your negligence. It is not a trustworthy service on the part of your organisation that you were unable to find a solution to a complaint mail send to you on December 3. My only mistake in this case is availed a personal loan from your organisation. This will be the first and last experience
As this happened not out of my mistake, kindly address the issue and remove the term " bounce" and "overdue" from my loan history. The proof of every communication which I had with your customer service centre is in mail. Was this information helpful? |
