L&t Finance — Didn't received two wheeler loan welcome kit

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have not received my two wheeler loan welcome kit yet, a message was received on 17-Mar-2021 to download the kit from the link given in message but after clicking the link"page not found" error comes. My 1st EMI got deducted on 3-Apr-2021 but this month EMI not deducted yet, how can I pay that EMI when I don't know the loan account number as well, from where I can find my loan account number.
Last 5 digit of my loan account number is "53532".
