I have taken Home Loan from L & T Housing Finance at near in Adalat Road brance Aurangabad (MS) dt.30.06.2015 amount of Rs.6.75 lakh

Amount : 6.75 lakh

Regarding this compliant against L & T Finance they will not properly support to us
Subject is Government has been issued "PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJNA(PMAY)
As per norms of "PMAY" they provide this facility to scheme for EWS/LIG for self construction, category is effective from 17.06.2015
I fitted in LIG category, my loan was start from 30.06.2015. and my yearly income is also below 6 lakh

As per branch Executive they told me this is not avail for Self Construction, BUT as Per Govt. notification in EWS/LIG category female ownership is must only in New house Purchase cases (Not Required if self Construction/Extension/Improvement on pre-owned property).

And I have taken loan for Self Construction and all required document are submitted at the time of loan taken.

Your customer care executive has no more information, not update about this scheme,
So now please help me to avail this facility from L & T its help to me.

my return complain date 13 july19 today date is 25 july 19.

Till date our problem not Resolve .
Your very slow & poor service.

Government LIG schem started Jun 2015 & till date you not update to customer ...
