The first emi due has not been debited from my account. I called up you service center and they informed me that they dont have option to check and i would have to visit a nearest branch which is about 35kms from my house. The documents you needed were provided while processing the loan and if the ECS is not set, that is a mistake from the banks end. Also there is no service of sending agents from the bank for document collection which all other banks provide. Also there is no option to make an online payment and neither your online service center helps with that.
Your recovery agent has been calling me and making all kinds of threats. His number is "[protected]". I have already told him that i have called the bank and spoken to them, but he still calls me and threatens me. He has been making statements linke "aukad nahi hai".
Is this the kind of service you provide, to harass customers instead of helping them? I must have made a mistake taking loan from your pathetic institution. Will ensure that none of the people who know me personally or on social media ever take a loan from you guys. Was this information helpful? |
