I am very frustrated with the way I am receiving 20 calls and messages in a day. It’s mental harrasment and affecting my health and mental peace. I have an ongoing home loan with LnT Finance and I have an auto debit set up this month. However, despite the minimum balance being in my account, my auto debit did not go through, and I have been charged a late payment fees. I have already paid my monthly home loan amount of 18, 172. However, I have been charged late fees of ₹501 and further late payment fees has been charged on home home, general insurance and life insurance. I have sent multiple emails to your customer care team. I have reached multiple tickets with your team to wave of the charge and I also sent WhatsApp messages to the concerned people. However, nobody is looking into the issue and I’m getting 20 calls and messages in a day to pay the late payment fees and the pending amount. I have requested the late payment fees to be waived off so that I can pay the pending amount of ₹501. Nobody seems to be listening to me. Everybody is being very rude on the call and nobody is addressing my issue. People are just hanging up the moment I request, to listen to my issue. I sincerely request you to resolve this for me.
