L&t Finance — Higher rate of Interest than the market rate as well as poor customer service.

-The rate of the interest charged by L&T Finance is 9.65% p.a which is very high as compared to the market rate 8.50%.
-They donot have a proper customer service, and the executives are not well trained and educated about the product and details.
-The operational departments are not at all helpful, and respond to mails and queries after several followups.
-The service is absolutely poor.
-They harass the clients.
-No centralized documents centres.

Since I have faced a lots of harassment and still struggling with it, I would suggest everyone not to opt for L&T Finance while applying for any kind of loan.

I take loans for two-wheeler and loan is over in September 2016. I need NOC so what is producer. Or can I applying online for NOC. Please give guidance to how i can get the NON OBJECTION CERTIFICATE. And now i m in out of station so is there any way to apply NOC online?.
