I also request you to inform me of any information you have regarding the loan application, such as the name of the applicant and any other relevant details, so that I can take appropriate action to protect myself against any further misuse of my personal information.
I expect a prompt response from your end regarding this matter, and I hope that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
