Hello,

First of all L&T is not accepting any online payments, so I requested to change bank details at Memnagar branch as I am not using that account any more and due to that every time they are taking 500 bounce charge and also not refunding back. Apart from this they are calling for payments from different numbers. I am asking then that how and where can I pay so they are saying make it RTGS. But from which application and how they are not sharing such kind of information. This is from since long and I am fed up by the things they are doing.

Please help me to resolve this as they are not guiding for anything and giving rude answers every time. Also once they took activa from my home and then they told my neighbours that we are a big fraud. They are ruining anyone's impression as well as taking money more money which is not right. I really need help on this.

Looking forward to resolve this ASAP.
