L&t Finance — l&t finance interest certificates for home loan & wrong deduction of ecs amounts

Loan acc no blrh14001004. It was already requested in my previous mail for deduction additional amount from my bank with out my notice and it is highly objectionable but no response till today. Also it was requested to send d interest recovered certificate for the year 2019-20 and probable interest for the year 2020-21 to enable to file my it returns. Pl. Act immediately
