L&t Finance — noc against 2 wheeler loan repayment

My name is subir chakraborty. This is to inform that a purchase had been made on 5/01/2016 against a 2 wheeler loan raised through l & t finance. The detail is provided below-

Dream neo bike
Loan agreement date -5/01/2016
Loan agreement no - 2687668

Please note the loan has been fully repayed back as on 7.01.2019 and i have not yet received the noc from the company.

for @WH Agreement No 3436235 its been 18 months not received a single document, all emis paid and now i need the documents please update me immediately.
I need the agreeement copy, statament of EMI paid as well as the EMI completion date
