L&t Finance — NOC Not issued til now in spite of settlement amount paid twice just under the pressure of the L&T employee

It has been 11 Months since I have paid the settlement amount which the l&t Finance employees asked me to pay
I had made the payment in Full when one of the employee for the company visited my house and made the payment successfully

later on i personally visited office for the NOC so I got to know the amount still shows pending and this amount is all which they created as late payments charges ECS bouncing fees and much more.
Still the next day I revisited and planned to settle as i had no other option and made the payment to the settlement amount which Kailash chettri asked me to pay after offering me a waiver on the total as they were happy to settle such cases

later on i was promised that i can expect the NOC within 15 Days and despite till date i have been waiting requesting begging crying asking bending bowing down infront of him but he and the other employees are not helping at all and above all when i was furious and warned to complaint against them so they were just not tensed as they clearly mentioned "TERE JAISE BAHUT AATE HAIN ROJ YAHAN JO HOTA HO KARLE"
