L&t Finance — overdue issue

Loan no.2347433, customer name - suchon phukon, emi - 2607. My seven emi are not paid and it cost18117, and over due 10000. But i paid my emi in time. But dibrugarh l& t finance branch didn't response to it the agents didn't reply. Why should i have to pay the overdue when i already have paid hard cash. Please help me out. I think it's a fraud by the agents
