I have taken a loan from L&T a year back and have regularly been paying my EMI on time, Unfortunately, I fell short of money this month and haven't been able to pay the EMI this month and have missed the date for emi, and now i am getting harassment calls from L&T customer care. where the lady is harassing me and using ridiculous terms like "If you cant pay, then why you take loans" "Aukat nai to kis liye loan liya"?
This is utterly rubish and unprofessional from there side.
Kindly help me to figuring this out and make a complaint against the lady who kept calling me. Was this information helpful? |
