On a scrutiny of my bureau report, i observe that this account has been reported with an settled status in the repayment history track record. This seems to be hindering my prospects of availing fresh credits and hence, i would like to know what needs to be done to update the account status as closed/standard. I need your assistance to resolve this issue in bureau and thus become loan eligible.
