L&t Finance — Regarding bounce charges and overdue charges because of fraud

Respected sir,
I the undersigned Ravi Sharma have taken Avenger 160 Street in 2019 loan acct no: T[protected] however due to kotak bank issue ecs would not clear on time hence i use to get call from collection team who would request to pay the outstanding balance so I pay through phonepe he/she never informed that i will be charged rs 350.00 every month for chq bouce charge so today i got the message that i have to pay for this some months nearly 9138.00 charges which is equivalent to my 2 month emi emi and bank also cut 500 on failure. And also ther is an issue with the bike paper and number and same discussed with your support team but then not help and because of that I am unable to pay the emi and tell the same but then also you charge the overdue charges of around 7500.

Please look into this matter as i am completely dissatisfied with the services and the charges levied against my account and will not able to pay this amount which is not acceptable in any condition
