I have bought two wheeler before 2 month ago. Taken finance from l & t as they are partner with two wheeler dealer. I have given 3 cheque as 1 advance instalment and 2 as deposit. They deposited 1st advance instalment cheque which passes properly. Next month i got call from they customer service that my ecs form was rejected. So i need to go to their branch sign new form and pay cash for current month instalment. I called they toll free number for reason but they are not able to give answer and saying same that i need to go to branch and sign form again. I went to branch and asked reason, no one able to answer. I asked for new form so they given and also asked for 1 cancel cheque which i had not taken with me as no one has given information. Now i filled form and went again to submit it. They are still in delema that for joint account do they required both member sign or only 1. So i given 2 form. Now they are saying this will take 45 days to clear ecs form so i need to pay cash for current month instalment. Pathetic. India's pm saying to cashless and company like l & t saying go with cash. Pathetic service. Pathetic customer care. Pathetic branch staff. Even they no do have machine to use debit card for instalment. No online payment. Their customer portal is not working. Do you believe l & t infotech is one of big company in it and their subsidiary company has these pathetic customer portal. I request to all people do not go with l & t. They are totally unprofessional people. I will file same complaint in gov of india portal.
