L&t Finance — Two wheeler loan

I took a two wheeler loan on L&T finance (Loan No T[protected] and completed the loan. I paid the last Emi Rs.4990 through the L&T Planet mobile app on 1st March 2024. But the debit money Rs. 4990 from the bank account. So I contacted the customer care, They are asking the cancelled check the process the refund. I am not willing to submit the cancelled check. So please do the need full. Thank you
