Its been 4 years & they still haven't given my welcome kit & a copy of list of documents submitted by me. I am fed up of chasing you'll. You have sent me only partial documents via e-mail. More than half the documents are missing. My Loan account number is BLRHL14001295. PLEASE SEND THE COMPLETE LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO ME ASAP.

The worst part is, I am unable to access your portal & hence I am unable to download the SOA from the website. Can you please provide the link to access my home loan account.

Updated by AG Xxx WOW..you guys are good at closing complaints without resolution.. THIS ISSUE WAS NEVER RESOLVED. If you get into my Loan account, you would have got all the necessary information. THIS SHOWS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE???
