Hi, I am from sector 5/230 vikas nagar lucknow. In our locality which is in sector 5/ 230 opposite melody general Store we are facing daily threats from street dogs near our home in our locality. The chauraha (crossroad) near our house opposite melody general Store in sector 5 vikas nagar lucknow, the dogs have made this chauraha as their primary territory and anyone who crosses through is very much likely to get Bitten or get attacked by these street dogs. There are around 15 - 20 dogs and they all lunges at people and small kids whenever they go by or comes near the chauraha. It's becoming very unsafe for us as due to their large numbers we cannot push them away easily and can't scare them away. People have earlier complained about the same issues but no action was taken by Lucknow municipality or Lucknow nagar nigam. It's our sincere plea kindly do something about this dog issue or someday someone is going to get seriously injured maybe get killed by these wild ferocious street dogs. Many kids also pass by or play near that chauraha and we fear someday if these dogs take hold of any kid then they could kill even the small children if people are late to get to the kids in time. Kindly do something about the situation. Regards.

The garbage collection van is not visiting my area, it is piling up in our houses in Gomtinagar extension sector 5. Few days back one van came and asked us to pay for 3 months then only he would collect the garbage, and when we asked him to serve some receipt from Nagar nigam he said he won’t provide any even though he was driving the nagar nigam van. Kindly look into the problem and provide a resolution as soon as possible because the garbage in piling up in our houses and we have no idea how to or where to dispose it

There is a huge neem tree with multiple branches just beside to our house, the branches has started coming inside our house and is very dangerous
The tree branches also touches the power supply cable and also sometimes creates problem
Can you please trimm or cut the tree since it is creating problem for me and for the society people

Sewer water flowing in drainage because màinhole pipe blocked

Near c-9 vijay kunj colony kalyanpur lucknow the sewer mainhole pipe is blocked and sewer water flowing in drainage complained many times but no resolution

I am very sorry to say that a large amount of garbage and cow/buffalo dung is stored veside my house, because of this a serious health problems are about to occur. Kindly attend my problem and clean the space.

A dead dog is lying in the rain water drain of the residence of 474A/232, Manoj Kumar, Brahmanagar, Triveni Nagar 1, Daliganj Crossing, Near bansal store lucknow UP 226020, 2 day back and foul smell is spreading in the nearby residences also. Kindly get it removed as early as possible keeping in veiw to public health.

Sewer is regularly getting blocked and is not being cleared even after repeated complaints. A lot of construction waste is also being dumped over the open sewer lines causing it to choke regularly.
Please get it cleared.

Street Light at 1/63 Vivek Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow is not working since last 9 months, several complaints registered but no response, if this complaint on digital portal is not adhered to I will be forced to report to CM digital portal. Banks branch is adjacent to my house and public visit all the day and night for ATM, sometimes it is crowded when ATM doesn't works.

I am running a cafe on commercial property from where garbage has to be removed on daily basis. We were paying municipal corporation for garbage collection too but it often happens the garbage is not picked up and we have to face problems like animals thrashing the packet for food or flies and rats gathering. We do not want to throw garbage in any open area or forest nearby. I request you to please keep a big dustbin in my area so that whenever the garbage is not picked up, we have the option of keeping it safe.

Sir I have paid my house tax ammount rs. 5850/-of financial year 2023-24 on 04.07.2023. this ammount is deducted from my SBI account but I did not get any receipt from nagar nigam, lucknow.is this ammount is received by nagar nigam lucknow or not...please tell me as well as soon that I can find money return, if not submitted. I live in south city j block. Near my house is the building of the Municipal Corporation. Something is being dumped lot of garbage. Whose smell is very bad. It is difficult to get rid of whose face. Kindly to remove the Garbage.

Hi this is Surendra Shukla, I am residing in Trimurti Nagar Phase -1 near CRPF Camp Rahimabad Road sarojininagar Lucknow . In our Colony there is problem of street Lights they are not switching ON . being a rainy season there is Lot of problem . Kindly repair of street light should be done at the earliest.

मैं इस पत्र के माध्यम से आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूँ कि हमारे आवासीय क्षेत्र में एक गंभीर समस्या उत्पन्न हो गई है। हमारी सड़कों की एक मुख्य सीवर एवम नाली चोक हो गई है और इसके कारण हमारे आसपास पानी जमा हो रहा है।
यह सीवर और नाली चोक हो जाने के कारण, आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों के दौरान यहां पानी बहने की संभावना है, जो आस-पास के घरों को प्रभावित कर सकती है। इसके अलावा, नाली में जमा हुई कीटाणुओं और गंदगी के कारण हमारे स्वास्थ्य पर भी असर पड़ सकता है।
मैं नगर निगम से अनुरोध करता हूँ कि तत्काल कार्रवाई की जाए और इस नाली की स्थिति को सुधारने के लिए उचित कदम उठाए जाएं। यहां बंद हो गई नाली को तुरंत साफ करना और उसे पुनः खोलना आवश्यक है।

I want your kind attention towards rag picking issue in my locality. From past 2 month, there is no rag picker came and people are emptying their waste on road which cause different dangerous illness. Could you please draw your kind attention towards this problem?

This is to inform you that the water supply pipeline in front my house is damaged.

Address:- 19/879 Indira nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh - 226016.

Due to the leakage the water comes on the road and flows everywhere. Every early morning and in the evening around 7 to 8 pm, The water collects on the road due to the leakage.

The possible reason about the damage could be the ggl gas pipeline diggers might have damaged the water pipeline while setting up the gas pipeline, because the damage is very close to that area which was diggen.

Kindly look into the concern and take the necessary actions required in order to get this pipeline fixed.
