My address is 539 K/362, Shekhpur Kasaila, Indira Nagar, Lucknow - 226016. I would like to tell that no one comes here to clean the drains ever, we only see people coming to sweep the roads but none comes to clean the drains. The drains get dirty and blocked time to time and that doesn't look good, kindly look into this matter and assign someone to regularly clean the drains of our area. We residents clean the drains time to time when we see no one is coming from Nagar Nigam for cleaning of drains.

There is lot of garbage lying on the road which is never being cleaned by the nagar nigam workers and the water passage on the side of the road is also broken and is not being repaired after so many complaints. Is this the way nagar nigam works. I am also writing a letter to the cm, s office because this is height. Please get it cleaned.

The cleanliness situation in my area is extremely bad.
Too many garbage on roadside, no cleaning person coming in the area.
A a result people getting sick very often. Health is affecting because of the too much garbage on the roadside. Sometimes garbage also flies inside our houses.
Please visit, look at the situation and help us in improving the cleaning situation in my area, It is a humble request.

Due to leakage in sever leakage human excreata/potty is overflowing on road, making difficult for common man to cross or walk on road and which is highly unhygienic and can cause new air borne disease.

Sir, due to non-connection of a street light in Narpatkheda locality of Para Colony, the street light does not turn on due to which there is a fear of theft etc. due to darkness in the locality. Therefore, it is requested that after getting the connection of the said street light, make arrangements for proper street lighting.

The local garbage collector that collects our garbage and we pay him but this time he decided to ask for fees without any receipt and when we all said that we need receipt to pay any kind of fees he threatened us that he will not pick the garbage from the next day and that is exactly what he did today he did not pick the garbage at all of all the people who did not pay him anything. He is adamant that we pay him money without any receipt and that too before the due date. Due date is one week from now we have already paid the fees for the previous month which also involved this week.

Water Pipe Line Broken - mere ghur k samne pani k pipe line toota gayi hai 7-8 din pehle maine twitter pe mayour ko bhi complaint kari lekin koi karywahi nahi hui, gali patli hone k karan car etc bhi nikalte hai agar road toot k baith gayi to ane jane ka rasta band ho jaye ga. kripya jaldi se jaldi sahi karaye.

Street light is very loose needs to be fixed

Their are Many Very very tall trees whiçh are widely spread in almost Maximum Area of Parks in Sector D Aliganj ( Namely - Parag park & Yada Park) which are too Risky for nearby houses as well as Children's & Senior Citizens which plays & walk in the Park.
These Tall trees are totally a major Risk for Life of persons residing nearby park & many incidents have occured with people's in which their was a very narrow escape. I request you to kindly trim those All Tall & wide spread trees upto a maximum Lower Level so that the Life Risk is being ended. Kindly take an immediate & needful action at the very earliest.

अतिक्रमण हटाने के क्रम में नोटिस दिनांक 09.02.2021 जोनल अधिकारी ज़ोन 2 नगर निगम के द्वारा कृम संख्या 12569 बुक संख्या 452 निर्गत भी की गई है।
नगर निगम द्वारा जनहित को देखते हुए बनाई गई सड़क पर एक तरफ इन्टरलाकिंग रोड़ और दूसरी तरफ डामर रोड़ है जिसके बीचों बीच अनाधिकृत अतिक्रमण है और रास्ता सुचारु वा सुरक्षित नहीं और अवरोधित है।
अतः समस्त सम्माननीय सक्षम अधिकारियों से विनम्र अनुरोध है कि अनाधिकृत अतिक्रमण हटवाने एवं सड़क बनवाने हेतु प्रभावी आदेश पारित करने की कृपा करें। अति कृपा होगी।

There is a garbage collection point in sector 2 vikas nagar near bsnl office. There are lot of apartments and houses in this locality. The garbage piles up in the open and smells a lot. We are really afraid that it may become a breeding place of diseases. The road keeps getting blocked by the garbage collection truck and excavator putting the garbage in the truck. Good amount of time the road becomes inaccessible because of this process. Also during this exchange, garbage keeps falling on the road making it difficult to cross and walk by foot. It is suggested that this garbage collection point may be relocated to a non residential area or a less dense residential area where wide roads are there.

Drainage Naali in front of my house number 1/23 Vikas Nagar Lucknow-226022 is blocked for the last more than two years resulting in stagnation and ponding o[censored]nwanted water this it has become a permanent breeding place for mosquitoes and other harmful living beings which are serious health hazards causing Dengue Malaria and other diseases. My family suffered from Dengue and Corona in the second phase and at present some of the members are suffering from fever which may be even Omicron also. This problem is in the knowledge of Sabhasad but inspite of several requests and reminders the problem has not been taken care of. Request immediate redressal of the grievance.

I Anushka and a resident of paltan chaawni colony would like to bring to you kind notice the extensive overflow of sewerage in ESIB/916 SITAPUR ROAD YOJANA ALIGANJ lucknow. The overflow of sewer line has been a concern for last 5 days now.
This issue needs to be resolved as an emergency basis. I humble request you to take decision as soon as possible.
We are facing many problems.

महोदय, वीआईपी रोड से स्नेह नगर को जाने वाली सड़क पर एक मेनहोल का ढक्कन टूट गया है जिसकी सूचना दिनांक 6 जनवरी 2022 को नगर निगम कंट्रोल को दी गई थी परंतु आज 14 दिन होने के बाद भी अभी तक उक्त शिकायत पर कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है ढक्कन टूटे होने के कारण किसी भी प्रकार की गंभीर दुर्घटना होने की संभावना है। अतः यथाशीघ्र ढक्कन को बदलवाने की कृपा करें।

And the Corparator's Department is unable to solve it, please take the neccessary measures to sort out the problem as soon as possible.
