Dear Sir,
I am a resident of S-108K, Shakti Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow. In front of my gate sewage cover of connecting sewage chamber has been broken. Requesting you to repair or change the cover.

I have already filed a complaint to Sewage India Pvt. Ltd. (Call Centre:[protected]) with a complaint having SCRM number (C[protected]) on 25th Feb-22 but they said that connecting chamber is not in their scope.

Today at 1 p.m I parked my XUV 700 at hajratganj multi level parking but lost my parking slip on the way . The peoples at the exit gate were asking additional 50 rps and photo ID. These peoples are behaving just like goons, very rudely and unethical which in turn ruining the image of lucknow city . Why they are asking additional 50 rps of fine if the owner submitted the photo ID for the loss of the parking slip . Please take necessary action against these types of goons .

I request you to construct road properly of Suggamau, vinay bihar colony, Indira Nagar sec 11. There was a large hole of runnel which would make danger for the children and elderly person please take an action as a responsibility to provide safety of all the people as much as possible. Please take it seriously otherwise it will take a big accident. I think to take it seriously to repair the road and escape from accidents.

I am resident of Sainik nagar telibagh Lucknow. The sweeper never comes on time and along with the sweeper another guy comes with rikshaw who take our garbage and cleans the road but he charges 150 rupees and the nagar nigam man never cleans road . The rikshaw guy complaint about too much garbage bags and street dogs waste of he is working under nagar nigam then take some action cause he hasn't come since 20 Feb 2022 till today . In other colonies sweeper takes 100 rupees and charges 50 extra while cleaning house drains . Take some action on this issue ASAP.

This is to inform that i am resident of sector 4 and we have two park. But since it was made there is no maintainence and all garbage lying in park, it becoming toxic to use for playing in park by children and nagar nigam should take certain step for maintainence of park. all authorities are sleeping and just we are paying taxes every year.they should be suspended and efficient worker should be framed so to maintaine atleast these public parks in colony

I am sparsh basnet resident of chhota barha alambagh Lucknow.
Here sweeper is not coming to clean the road side dith(नालि) since last 1 month.
He come to the next lane(गली) but did not come to our lane.
When we call him he says he will not come and also not clean the ditch.
Since last month the mud is stuck in the ditch.
It is requested you to please take corrective action of concern person and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Since submission date till today i try many times to reach Nagar Lucknow but nothing works. Mutation Status is remain intact as "Mutation request is under process"
