Lufthansa — Case against Lufthansa for not refunding my flight during covid

I booked for my family of 4 to travel from Chennai to Rome on 20.5.20, as the covid situation was bad & airlines not reachable, I cancelled and requested refund of Rs 213484/-
My complaint no 33919954&35947792 remains unresolved causing huge loss
